Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Spirit Lake

The reason they dont have a phone service is because this owner is giant man-child and has an over inflated ego. After meeting this guy. I honestly never thought that I would ever meet such a horrible person in my life. The order is often wrong, burnt, missing items, and incorrect pricing. They will tell you a price and offer more than one item for that price and then charge you for multiple items often bringing the price total to double what you were expecting or was told. I have noticed that a lot of the reviews on here look like they are from employees trying to bring the store reputation back up. So if he decides he has an issue with you when you are trying to get customer service and he doesnt want to deal with you. This owner will call the cops on you.i have friends and relatives that are tired of the garbage service from this Dominos and the one in Worthington, MN. We ordered a pizza and garlic knots. We asked for extra sauce on our pizza and the amount that was used was wayy too much (and i usually love extra sauce) The pizza itself was undercooked, some of the cheese wasnt even melted. We had to bake it longer at home. The garlic knots were "eh." Perhaps next time I wont get extra sauce, and choose a different side. We've been to this domino's four times and loved it every time. The pizza and sides are always hot and fresh, and the employees are always kind. Definitely the best Domino's we've ever been to. Last order they called me to ask if it was okay that they'd cut the pizza in squares instead of pie cut. I missed the call so they went ahead and remade them and gave us the other two pizzas on the house, which made my family's day. Absolutely wonderful...
