I ordered a smash burger with only ketchup lettuce and tomato. I specifically said I've only had your salads so i'm not familiar with the burger but i don't want that sauce. The drive through cashier apparently put my order in wrong (she was so nice and helpful). I drive back through politely say " hey I wanted just ketchup lettuce and tomato and this has fry sauce and onions. " She has me pull around and remakes it.
I get it and see it has fry sauce. So i go in. The lady in blue (maybe manager because everyone else has red on). She has an attitude and I can see that. She comes up to me w heightened attitude in her tone and insists that the burgers all come with bruchi sauce so if i order it with ketchup it'll still come with it. I said even if I order it without? She said yes. The cashier punched it in differently but yes it is always going to come with the sauce.
I simply told her i ordered it only ketchup lettuce and tomatoes and throw up a peace sign and tell her to have a great day.
I'm confused how the burger can come without onions and pickles but can't come without the sauce. Physically as a human you can actually not put the sauce on there. The cashier putting the order in wrong and them making it wrong twice - and i'm very kind through the end - is not my fault. If i order with only ketchup lettuce and tomatoes um why the attitude
I didn't get food. I only ever order my burgers like this at any establishment. She doesn't know what kind of day people are having or if i can afford to not get my food. I am having the worst day ever as a matter of fact.
Her attitude was unacceptable and i'll actually never return to Bruchis. Now i have to extend my lunch at work and go find and pay for something else. Wrote this review right in the parking lot. So 5/23/24 around 12:30 pm and i placed my...
Read moreFirst time eating at a Bruchi's and definitely liked it. Very clean and the staff was friendly.
Decided to go with a cheesesteak and the cashier suggested the Peppersteak version for me. It has jalapeños & pepperocinis so it was right up my alley. I got the smaller one, but it was still plenty. Taste was great, but did get soggy and messy at the bottom of the bread pretty quickly. The filling could probably stand less of whatever the cooking lubricant is or to be drained slightly before going on the bread. The bread also had some cold spots like it wasn't toasted/heated/whatever thoroughly, but that wasn't a big deal. I'm being nitpicky, but it was still a good sandwich.
The only other thing that might have been nice was maybe a combo or meal option. It seemed like everything is individually ordered, so a packaged deal for a meal would be a nice option. Not that I needed fries/chips/etc, but had the option been there I would have got it just to try the fries. Since no meal was displayed, I just got a sandwich and drink. I guess thank you for helping me not overeat?
I'm not from here, but will probably stop in again this week just to try something else if time allows.
Update: Made the second trip and tried the chicken supreme with added jalapeños this time. Absolutely delicious, no bread cold spots, and no soggy...
Read moreWe pulled up and asked what oil was used to fry the fries as my husband is vegan and no info was online. The girl responded with “we dip them in oil.” Then we asked no what oil do you cook them in. She responded “I don't know maybe soy oil”. This didn't help much by a maybe but we could tell she was young so we just went with it. Then we pull up to drive through window and girl is pulling up her pants and playing with stomach with the gloves she had on to prepare my sandwich. Then the whole time we waited for food the girls were giggling and looking at us as the peaked their heads around the corner. Playing on their cell phones showing the boys something. Then we get our water cups they have no lids or straws. Finally get our food and ask for ketchup and napkins. No napkins in the bag. The ketchup has a honey like stickiness on every packet. Glad we got the napkins! Then the sandwich was literally wet like they dipped the bread in water. I love eating here and this was just a horrible experience. They need someone over the age of 16 working in there. I mean come on. Who knows what the heck they were laughing at made me not want to eat my soggy sandwich thinking they did something to it. My order was...
