Worst pizza experience of my life.
I ordered food to be brought to my car. I parked in front of the store, checked in, and turned my hazards on. I got a response saying it was still being prepared.I figured, "no big deal, its the dinner rush". After 20 minutes in the parking lot I went inside to check on my order.
It was ready...sitting under a heat lamp. I asked the guy how long it had been there and he replied " I dont know...10 minutes or so". I asked why it hadn't been brought out to my car, and he said he didn't know.
I asked to speak to a manager and he said they were busy. I asked another employee if I could talk to a manager, he said "most of us are managers". And then pointed to a few people and said "some of them are down there" then he walked away. I went to the group he pointed to and said "is there a manager here?" Tbey looked at me for a moment then went back to work without a word. I went to another employee and again asked for a manager. He said he would go get one. He came back and said they were busy. I left.
At first I was irritated and just wanted to let them know what had happened but after several minutes of people refusing to let me speak with someone, I was really upset. So I called and asked to speak to someone. The guy on the phone said, I assume this is the guy who was just here, all the managers are busy.
Look I get it. It was dinner rush, it was busy, but this is not how you treat customers. Managers refusing to speak with customers is crazy behavior. Now I'm eating my soggy, grease-soaked, stale pizza. Guess I need to get pizza...
Read moreIf I could give ZERO stars I would! I have been ordering from domino's on Alberta street in spokane for over 20 years! Tonight I placed an order..... waited almost an hour and two out of four of the things I ordered were not correct.... I called the store and explained the issue. The guy said they would be out to bring the fixed order and would need the food that was wrong back. After waiting another hour I checked my app because nobody had knocked on the door yet to find my order sitting on my porch now cold. I called back again.... was told I would get a credit on my account and that was the end of it.... until I hear a knock on my door 45 minutes later to some kid in a white car laughing knocking on my door to tell me his manager made him bring me a fork.... so at this point I'm livid.... I call the store again and for the 3rd time the manager OLIVIA refuses to get on the phone and hides behind her employees. So because people can't do their jobs correctly and I have an issue with something I paid for I get sent employees sent to my house to harass me.... this is how longtime customers are treated! This is what's wrong with the world today! Won't be going back and will sharing this...
Read moreThis location used to be widely known as one of the best. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for almost 30 years, and I’ve even worked at this dominos, in every single position in the store, along with 4 other locations owned by a separate owner. This location now in my opinion is poorly trained and poorly managed. They always forget dips, sides, and drinks, they are not friendly, they seem highly inconvenienced when you place an order, or when they have to help you at the counter, the children answering the phones hardly ever know any specials even though they are displayed on the system they use. When I placed a small order at 6:50 this evening, it finally arrived after 9pm the manager who spoke with me on the phone said nothing to me about how ridiculous it was to be waiting that long for a bread bowl, salad, and cheesy bread. The two easiest items to prep and make on the entire menu. Sad after supporting this place for 3 decades we will not be supporting this...
