MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Spokane

This is only the second time I've gotten a MOD pizza so I'm not an expert on their normal quality. It was a Friday night and fairly busy but I had ordered ahead online for pickup and I asked for 15 minute time frame to pickup. It actually took me 25 minutes to get there and my pizza still wasn't ready but he said it would be up in 4 minutes. It actually took another ten plus minutes. I was going to also get a 20 Oz bottle of coke until they told me it was $4! I noped on that! As far as pizza quality, I'd asked for thick crust since I knew their basic one was thin as a cracker. But I didn't get thick crust, I got cracker! I ordered extra sauce cuz I knew they wiped it on. Nope, no extra sauce! I ordered 5 toppings, including extra mushrooms but again, nope, def not extra. I asked for "garlic rub" but I didn't taste any so maybe it was there, maybe not. And my diced tomatoes were slices, ya know the kind where the whole slice comes off when you bite into it! Finally because of the extra sauce, crust & toppings I'd ordered I chose extra crispy bake, also because my vegan cheese choice takes longer to melt, but it def didn't look or taste like extra crispy! As a vegan I don't have many options for pizza or fast food but I was really hoping for better. Now I've done plenty of restaurant work in my day, including every position in a pizza place so I know it's not that hard, even on a Friday night. And because I'm used to having pizza delivered (tho not in forever) I even added a 15% tip because I forgot I was picking it up myself and I normally don't tip counter service orders and had my pizza been done better I wouldn't have begrudged that couple bucks, but I didn't get what I ordered. Overall the place was clean, the staff were friendly and the pizza was OK, but it could've been...

☑There's 3 choices for your dough small: 8 or 9 inch, large: 11 or 12 inch, and now they have what they call the Mega dough: it's the same size as a large just more thick (basically it's a double dough thickness). Your choice of sauces: red, white, garlic, no sauces.

☑Your choice of many different type's of meats they offer (I believe it's 12 different type's)

☑Your choice of many different type's of vegetables (I believe it's roughly the same as the meats at 12 type's)

⏩I really enjoy going to MOD because of the amazing food, you literally get to make the pizza 🍕 the way you want it.

⏩They've also added the choice of having a salad as well.

💲But when your hungry for some amazing pizza with a family in tow you really can't beat the prices MOD has and for what they offer it just can't be beaten anywhere that I know of especially when you can never decide on what type of pizza that everyone together will eat (even if you was to do the half and half someone's still not going to happy cuz they didn't get what they wanted or how they wanted it).

I was by myself. Nobody else in line or waiting for pizzas. Only 2 other customers sitting at a table eating. I ordered my pizza and was told to go pay. My pizza was the only one on the counter while paying. Until another minute went by, and 3 people came in to order. I stood there for another 3-4 minutes just watching my uncooked pizza sitting there. 3 employees were visible. I just thought to get my phone out to record when a total of 7 minutes had gone by. The 3 people ordering, paid for their pizzas and then the same girl (employee) have seen issues with before, decided to bake all 4 pizzas at the same time. I was alone and NOT with this other party. I saw the first pizza come out, which I thought was mine, so I went up to the counter. She said, "oh, this one isn't yours. So now one of the three others pizza would be ready before their other 2 friends, as mine came up second. I have seen this girl cut corners before. Several visits. That's why I like going to the MOD near the Y. I only go to this one if I'm tired, because it's the closest to me. If I was working there, I would have NEVER done that. Bad customer service. I feel uncomfortable going there because of...
