McDonald's — Restaurant in Spokane

If i can give zero i would! My mother and I made the worst mistake ordering at this location especially since the "manager" keisha, if shes actually a manager! Has no customer service skill, rude and can't read! We ordered in this order 3 chicken big mac with one being in a meal and 2 modifications. It glitched and showed 2 when we showed the guy in drive thru. Who was nice saw our phone showed 3 had grabbed a manager keisha. She tried convincing us that ours says two even though it shows 1 chicken big mac meal, 1 chicken big mac, 1 chicken big mac. Refused to give us 3. She then tells us to pull up because they didnt have enough pumpkin pies after waiting long a girl came out asked if wed take apple instead we said no and she said its a longer wait which shouldnt be. We waited then got tired of waited went in and same lady looks at us with our food not on a warmer brings our order tells us we waiting on pies still aparently thought we wanted our cold food. We check our meal mine was messed up so i asked keisha for remake, takes it doesnt even wash her hand after touching stuff at register. We look over some of employees touching their faces then serving FOOD! EVEN KEISHA Refunding us for the other pies. Didnt wash her hands after handling money then serving food. Our order was just very gross, drinks were tasteless, fries cold, gross and hard, chicken nuggets were gross and hard to eat, pie was old n hollow, gave us gave us wrong big mac. We used to go to this location with no issue after tonight we not going back!!! Very...

By far the worst ever McDonald's I have been to and I have been here 5 times since Dec, Was inside every tables is a mess and no one in there or im the drive thru the workers are all outside talking and the others are behind the counter talking i had to clean my own table they took 20 mins for my meal when no one else was there how is that possible?? .. and it was cold fries and a warm burger?? U think after 20mins it would be hot even my coffee was cold , Whoever hired these kids needs to get fired because they do not even do there job at all and they female in charge has a filthy mouth and that was in front of my children WHO DOES THAT YOUR THE BOSS LEAD BY EXAMPLE should never swear in front of children exspecily when its your job to be in charge. There rude there lazy and shpuld all be drug tested for sure but this McDonald's is by far the dirtiest gross and Slow don't eat here if u want hot food or if your expecting to eat soon and definitely do not go inside its dirty and they talk and act like there at a bar, Where did the people go who used to work here before...

I went through the McDonald's drive thru this morning 12/11/22 at 10:28 a.m. We ordered 4 McGriddles, we realized they don't have egg and cheese. So we asked the drive thru guy if he could add egg and cheese. He said fix the problem at the first window. At the first window we were told we ordered sausage mcmuffin's, we said no we want 4 sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles. The girl kept saying biscuits, and we kept telling her mcgriddles. She finally called for help, and we sat there again repeating mcgriddles only, because the other lady thought we wanted mcgriddles and biscuits. Finally they got our order right and we pulled up to the second window. At the second window we are told to pull up and park behind the truck that had already been waiting 5 minutes. So we pull behind that truck, and wait a additional 10 minutes for 4 sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles, thats a total of at least 15 minutes in wait time from start to finish. They had multiple cars pull aside to prepare the orders. Most likely so that it looks like everyone is getting serviced quickly, which...
