‼️2/5 & here’s why: The red dragon had a cute little atmosphere which made it feel inviting and friendly when we walked in. The servers looked like they were working hard so we didn’t mind the wait it took to get our order in. We ordered the lemon tofu rice bowl, general tofu bowl, orange chicken, pot stickers, and egg rolls. The lemon tofu bowl came out a bright neon yellow color. The lemon sauce tasted like it came from concentrate. It wasn’t fresh and light tasting like lemon naturally is. The tofu in the general tofu was too moist but definitely had the best flavor out of our entrees. The orange chicken was foul. It tasted like it had been sitting out for weeks and then got warmed up in the microwave to be served to us. The pieces on the outside were cold but the middle was piping out which seemed odd. Biting into the chicken felt like biting into rubber. It had little to no orange flavor in it and tasted mainly like fish sauce. Ive honestly never had worse entrees from a Chinese restaurant before. I nicely mentioned to the server at the end that we were a bit disappointed with the food. We were met with defensiveness (as if the food tasting horrible was our fault). Mind you this was mentioned after we had already given her our credit cards to pay the bill. We weren’t looking for any sort of hand out. We just wanted to express our honesty with her with the understanding that it’s in no way her fault that the food didn’t meet our expectations. This was the worst experience I have ever had. this is the second time I have ordered from this resteraunt. The first time they got my order wrong and corrected it. This time I place my order and was told that it would be delivered in about an hour and a half since they were behind. That was totally fine, I waited that time frame. I received a call 2 hours later and the delivery person went to the wrong address, then I have her the correct address she said she would be there in 10 minutes.. 30 minutes later I received a call from her she went to a second wrong address. Then I spoke to the actual resteraunt where they advise they think she gave my order away. I told them by this time if she doesn't have my order please don't even come. Then the delivery lady called me again and said she did have my order would be there in 10 minutes... long story short I received my food at 11 by a delivery driver with a friend in her car, who looked methed out, who upon asking if this was my whole order said she didn't even know what was there. I just asked her to leave. I will not pretend that I wasn't irrate. The next day I called the store because I wanted my order at no cost because of the night before.. the manager did not care at all, pretty much called me a liar and even though that night they waived the cost of my food. Wouldn't even give me my order... this place is the worst place of business I have ever experienced and I plan to share this...

This place is a great ("Chinese Restaurant & Lounge The Red Dragon is located at 3011 EAST DIAMOND AVE, SPOKANE WA. OFF MARKET IN HILLYARD! ") I have no complaints whatsoever about this place it's all around a great place to eat they make you feel at home everybody is friendly very comfortable atmosphere! I personally like ordering off the bar menu! The Bar has to be opened to order off that menu! It seems to be a little cheaper off bar menu! The price of there food is priced very reasonable nice big portions of food ! Like the ole days! I personally think they have good food, good portions, good prices , good people, good service, good drinks! I believe the food may be a little cheaper from bar menu also. Remember you have to ask for the bar menu. The rice bowls are personally one of my favorites. The ones I have eaten , I have really enjoyed them! There has always been a nice sized portion , I have always taken food home with me! All of them have been very good. I have no complaints about this place.
