Tung Hsing House — Restaurant in Spotswood

First time coming here and will be the last. Placed an order and was told 25 minutes. Upon arrival gave my phone number and he wrote it down. There was only one person taking orders over the phone, greeting customers upon arrival at the door and also bringing the food out. Eventually there was 10 customers outside waiting for their order. The guy kept taking more and more orders over the phone, meanwhile there was 2 orders bagged up just sitting there when I peeked in. I told him he needs to let the phone ring and take care of the customers that are there waiting. He finally brought out those 2 orders and I helped call out the phone numbers so people could get their food. Finally 35 minutes after I arrived, 1 hour total, he brought my food out. We ordered food, they dropped it off on time everything great. I wasn’t feeling good just a cold so I told the delivery person (who might be owner not sure) to leave it by the door through the glass by the door and told him I wasn’t feeling good. Got the food, started unpacking the food and noticed a container of rice was missing. So my wife called back explained what happened said that the kids only eat the white rice, they said they would drop off the rice in a few minutes. Same guy drops off a bag with missing rice container, plus another small container with rice, and a large container of soup and bag of fried noodles (none of which we ordered). The worst ever. I've been eating Chinese food for 45+ years, probably 10 different states and I never experienced such bad service and food quaity. There were only 2 of us (4 total inside) and we ordered menu dishes quickly. Then a party of 6+ arrived who ordered about 10 minutes after us and they go their food 5 minutes before us. The food ingredients were of low quality, chicken was only dark meat and pink so under cooked and cheaper. If you order the stringbeans with your dish expect about a half pound of stringbeans and 6 ozs of meat, again cheaper and good profit margins for them. Restuarant was empty when we arrived at dinner, 6ish...big red flag. I'm very forgiving but this was a terrible experience from beginning to end....
