Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Spring Garden Township

I ordered online today & “my order didn’t go through” & I tried it twice (keep that in mind) they gave me instructions to call the store & I spoke to someone named Avery, he tried to process the order again on his end & it said it didn’t work once again (3 times) so he put me on hold for whatever reason about 3 minutes, came back on the phone & tried to process it again instead I said I would just pay in cash at this point. The delivery driver literally came in 5 minutes. I called my bank card to double check my funds before going to the atm for the delivery & the rest of my money was taken. So I paid for pizzas I never received 3 times from this location & he told me “he had other customers” yall delivering pizzas in 5 minutes and seems like yall scamming saying the machine ain’t acting right but it...

The large pizza looks a lot like a medium. The person who made the pizza was sloppy and careless with the cheese, so burnt edges and no crust is visible. The slicing job is THE WORST I have ever seen. Not centered, actually the far left 1/3 of the pie is really tiny slices, the other 2/3 are huge and lopsided. The center is laughable because all of the cuts crisscross in such a way that it made the center its own tiny slice. I am very disappointed, because this should not be $10...not even with a coupon. This is shotty workmanship that resembles something a teen made at home with mom patting him on the back saying, "You'll get it next time, sweetie!" The only thing decent was that the driver was courteous. Ordered pizza at 12:42. It somehow changed to future order for 1:45. I never do the future, but whatever, it wasnt adding much time to the delivery. The app said it left the store at 1:26. At 2pm I called the store and the woman on the line was very rude. She sounded annoyed that I was wondering where my pizza was. And instead of listening to my complaint, she HUNG UP ON ME! I was not yelling or cursing. There was no reason to hang up! My pizza didnt arrive until 2:18. My kids were starving. This is ridiculous! Horrible customer service and delivery time...
