Snow Palace — Restaurant in West Manchester Township

This business and there staff are a complete disgrace. Ignorant and rude! We literally asked for the lids not to be on the cups and they did the exact opposite. Then one of there staff members are taking a dirty rag wiping it on the sides of the cups spreading germs to kids. When we complain, some old lady with a nasty attitude claiming to be the owner stated oh well I don’t care what’s your problem. We will be reporting them to the health department as well and filing complaints with the PA Attorney generals office and the local township . Next time she will watch her mouth and properly and safely fix...

This place is a childhood favorite of mine. When I was little I used to always get the strawberry sundaes. And honestly they are the only place that I will ever get Italian ices or snows. So many different varieties and flavors to choose from! One of the things that keeps making me go back is they have a flavor called almond smash that used to be a soda that was sold by the suburban company which I'm not able to find any more and I'm able to at least satisfy my craving because they have the almond smash Flavor which I always get in the brain freeze!...

Used to live this place but has gone dramatically down hill. They have a thousand flavors that they USED to let you try, but now they won't give a sample because of covid.... even though they don't touch it AT ALL after they give it to you, so that makes no sense. When I brought that up to them they were extremely rude. Also the t-shirts they give out of you get 100 punches (which means you have bought ONE-HUNDRED snows from them!
