Dunkin' — Restaurant in Spring Grove

I love Dunkin,' always have. This one has a nice interior, and awesome staff, but it's more expensive than the other franchise locations in the area. Tell me why this location charges 10¢ per pump for both Swirls and flavor shots?! That's excessively greedy! I love a good medium iced coffee with cream, French Vanilla Swirl, and blueberry shot. I'm unhappy having to pay an extra 60¢ a cup to get that flavor combo. Even with the $5 and $6 combo promotions, you have to pay extra per pump for Swirls and flavor shots. A pup cup here costs more than a dollar. Donuts and pastries cost more here than at other Dunkin' locations, too. I love the staff here (they're always super sweet), but I can't stand being nickeled and dimed. For that reason, I'll usually drive a little further to visit the New Oxford location instead. Ownership, are you listening? Quit...

I come in regularly and there is a young lady in the mornings and afternoons that is just wonderful. I believe her name is Amber. She is always polite, helpful, gives great suggestions when I can't figure out what I want and they are always delicious. And man oh man is she ever fast. Some days she is so quick that she takes mine and my coworkers order, and makes out drinks in no time at all. We all love seeing her smiling face everyday when we come in and we enjoy the small talk as well. I wish more businesses had employees like her. She is probably the only reason we still come to Dunkin at all. We've come in the evenings and haven't had the greatest of service, so we will continue to be loyal morning customers. Idk why people gotta hate on spring grove dunkin. I've been ordering from them since the opened. They do it right EVERY SINGLE TIME. I really think people have blind taste buds or they had covid and just cant taste right. Also I don't over complicate my order. It isn't Starbucks. You want some flavored sugar with a dash of coffee, then go to Starbucks. Let the real coffee drinkers enjoy this location. Once again...they make my coffee right EVERY SINGLE TIME. and yes I have tried one of their seasonal drinks...I didn't like it. That's because I prefer just plain coffee. Also this location is literally 2 mins from me. Love the convenience! Inside is very clean. They have a decent selection of donuts...would love some gluten free options in the future as my boss and supervisor are both...
