Mobile order for curbside delivery...it was ready at 1:55pm, unbeknownst to me until 2:20pm when I checked my email. They never brought it out. I go to the drive up window and ask for my "mobile curbside delivery order." She says to me. 'What's your name?' I said "you must have a real heavy run on curbside mobile orders, because I've been sitting there for 20+ minutes," then gave her my name. She disappeared behind mirrored glass. Mind you, I sat at curbside parking for close to 25 minutes, NO OTHER vehicle stopped there, and NO ONE brought out any orders...so I KNOW I'm the ONLY mobile curbside order in the works. Anyway, 5 - 10 minutes later, window opens back up, she hands me my food. No "sorry," no "thank you," no anything. Terrible personnel that need retraining in every aspect of their employment.

On the BRIGHT SIDE, I immediately filed a complaint with Hardee's Corp, within 2 days they apologized and refunded me the cost of my entire meal. THAT was NOT what I was looking for, I was looking for a retraining of staff. The refund was a great gesture and proof that corporate cares about...

This is the first time that i've ordered anything from a Hardee's in well, over 20 years, but after my recent visit, I'll definitely be ordering from here more often in the months and years to come.

My grandmother ordered the mushroom and swiss combo, and she loved it. Most fast food chains dont offer this burger anymore, so she was thrilled when she saw it on the menu. I ordered the monster burger combo meal and shared it with my teenage daughter, along with an order of the curly fries, which were perfectly crisper and seasoned perfection.

We both loved the taste of the burger. It has a charred boiled grill taste (which we liked) instead of other fast food chains burgers that taste kind of greasy and bland. And the potato bun really sets the burger apart from any other.

The cost for 3 adults to eat was about $35, which is very reasonable (to me anyway).
