The first time my husband and I were ever there, the service very poor . They didnt get our food right because the person taking the orders was to busy answering the phone. The bad part was they weren't even busy. The one cook brought our food to us didnt say thank you and we couldn't even find the utensils, we had to look around and the were on top of the trash can yumm. I know they could tell we weren't regulars so they could have be more courteous to at least let us know where everything was. So I really dont even want to give it a star. So I recommend dont go there unless you ask where things are and make sure they understand what you want like have them read it back to you . So the service sucked . Maybe they will work on it after reading this ,they should welcome new people and let them know where things . So a definitely thumbs down never will go...

WOW, WOW,WOW 🤮🤮🤮 We ordered a simple italian cold cut, and a steak and cheese, with the Steak and cheese, He wanted american cheese, relish and mayo, NOTHING ELSE! Get all the way home, and it has everything on it but that, to top it off, it had one slab of steakum on what looks to be a giant hot dog bun... Now, the italian cold cut had one piece of ham, and one piece of salami, no oil and vinegar or mayo,, just a plain dry sandwich 🤮 on a rock hard, hot dog bun.... Just double checked the menu, it calls for american cheese, not provolone on the steak and cheese!I guess they make it how the want, and not how the customer wants it 🤬😡 NEVER AGAIN WILL WE ORDER FROM Jim and Nena's? They now charge you 3.99% extra if you use a credit card instead of cash.
They just printed up new menus for the first time maybe ever and couldn't include their 3.99% extra credit card charge. I like them but come on they're clearly trying to charge people more and you don't know it until you look down when paying in the restaurant and see the sign. If they aren't going post it on their menus or online they could at least say it as a disclaimer when you place your order over the phone.
