I was eager to try Chipotle! I placed my on order on line at 6:30pm to pick up at 7:30pm. I got in the drive up/ pick up line (it was crowded) around 7:27 pm. The line moved very slowly and I got to the pick up window at 7:39pm only to be told that my order did not have 3 items (I ordered 1 taco and chips and queso). I actually understood that they ran out since it was so busy and they just recently opened in the neighborhood. What irritated me was a couple of things. 1. I placed the order online since they do not have a drive up order menu like most fast food restaurants. So I had to wait 11 minutes to get to the drive up window to be told my order could not be fulfilled and she didn't even ask if I would like something else in place of it... just proceeded to ask me for my credit card to give me a refund. I know it was busy but she was so flustered that it came across as rude (I don't believe she was trying to be rude but can see how some would think it was). If they are not going to have a drive up ordering system... only online then maybe they should have a way to contact the customer that their order can't be fulfilled prior to driving there and waiting in line to be told they can't give you what you ordered. That was very irritating and frustrating. Fortunately good old Taco Bell was open and I went there... they too had a long line (probably because of the same problem I had at Chipotle) and yet I was not long there and frankly enjoyed my meal.
So very disappointing indeed!!! Not sure if I will go back to this location again. I don't want to wait in a line to find out I do not get my order. Oh, I filled out their form and it asked if I wanted to be contacted and I checked yes.... haven't heard a thing yet. I just called the manager Johnny.. told him my order came to $11.00 and the girl last night gave me a refund but I just looked at the refund receipt and it was only for $4.94... He was polite but somewhat condescending in his attitude. I was not rude at all... I will NOT be going back I will drive to the Franklin location if I really want Chipotle.
AS OF THIS DATE 4-19-21 CHIPOTLE CORPORATION NOR THE SPRING HILL LOCATION HAS CONTACTED ME OR PAID ME THE BALANCE THEY OWE ME. I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS AGAIN. IT'S NOT EVEN THE MONEY ISSUE IT'S HOW THEY TREAT THE CUSTOMER WITH NO RESPECT. SAD THAT THEY TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HOW...
Read moreI love Chipotle. But I really don't like this Chipotle. I've yet to have a meal here that was anywhere near as good as the one in Cool Springs. 100% disappointment, every time.
I've eaten here a half-dozen times over the last couple years, and each time is a disappointment. Most recently, my "steak" burrito maybe had 3 tiny pieces of steak in it. I don't remember actually tasting any at all. My wife's "chicken" tacos were 95% sour cream and lettuce with a tiny sliver of meat at the bottom.
The previous time, the order of 3 tacos ended up with the meat placed between the tortillas, not inside them, so only 2 tacos worth of meat. An illustration, with tortillas being "V" and meat being "o": VoVoV
Other times, as others have said, the burritos are undersized in other ways. Being stingy with meat is a given, but even cheap fillers like rice are given in tiny portions. Most burritos are the size of a fist and full of lettuce compared to other locations where you get a nice filling forearm-sized meal.
I had high hopes for this location and gave them the benefit of the doubt through their growing pains. But at this point, I'll just assume that the bad experience is part of their aesthetic, and I won't make the mistake of ordering from here again. If you want Chipotle, take the 15 extra minutes and go to...
Read moreI’m so over it. I’m tired of giving chipotle a chance just to get spat in my face.
Chicken is fatty. Went in for lunch and everything in my bowl is cold and not even warm… Lack of rice as well as chicken.
They reduced portions even more now where my rice didn’t even fill the bottom of the bowl so the employee had the nerve to fill it up with cheese to make up for the lack of rice…
I think I’m going to adopt the nature of walking out if portions don’t need standards…
I generally prefer chipotle because the portions and quality outweigh the price for any other food in Spring Hill but when the quality and the portions are a reduced that’s when I’ll stop going there and stop being so nice paying $12 bucks for something that won’t even hold me over till 2pm, I’ll simply just start walking out and have them figure out what to do because I’m done paying outrageous amounts of money for something that doesn’t even satisfy…
Sad part is that this isn’t even an online or mobile order which is generally when they screw us over the most… But no I went in like I normally do knowing that ordering inside has better portions and still...
