Culver’s — Restaurant in Spring Hill

Holy cow, what wonderful burgers.(pun intended). I don't know how they get them so wonderfully sheared and crispy yet keep them Juicy and Delicious at the same time. I generally opt to go with the Swiss cheese no matter which Burger I am ordering, and they are glad to substitute it if the burger you order does not come with Swiss cheese. But my favorite burger, the mushroom and Swiss, obviously already has the Swiss cheese. Everything is always Super Fresh and it's tough to leave room sometimes for the excellent custard, but I always seem to find a way. I love the flavors of the day concept, and definitely have some favorites that they have. I recently downloaded the app, and you can pick your favorite Flavor of the Day blends and you will receive a text when one of those flavors become available. The salted caramel and the hot fudge are wonderful, but I always hope for a Flavor of the Day that pairs well with the Peanut Butter Topping. I almost always get a sundae with 2 of those 3 toppings I mentioned. It's very reasonably priced to add extra toppings to the custard sundaes or to the burgers. I won't mention the price here, but trust me, it will surprise you what they charge in comparison to other fast food restaurants around town. Sshhh, I don't want too many folks taking advantage of it, or they are liable to up the price for the extra toppings. LOL.😁 I have been to the Spring Hill location many times as well as the Franklin location by Walmart, and I never have had hey bad experience there. They have a really good thing going, and although their prices are certainly a bit higher than all of these 'Value' menu items at other fast food places, it is certainly well worth the difference. A few days ago, I stopped in here to have dinner while I waited for my tires to get changed at the tire place next door. I had my screaming Toddler with me and I was struggling to calm her down and drag the stroller and all our stuff around. The girl at the cash register watched me struggle and was immediately drawn to help. She was extremely kind when we ordered food and offered my toddler an ice cream sample and stickers to help her calm down. I ordered a sourdough melt and a chicken strip kids meal and the food was delicious. Not only that but the girl (Haven was her name I think) came up to our table multiple times to see if I needed her to get me anything. I did need help as I was struggling to even fill my drink cup. She quickly filled it for me and brought us anything we needed. I was blown away by how excellent the service was and how kind she was. I typically like Culver's, but this location just seems unorganized. I understand the process of waiting in line at the drive thru but after going there twice recently and the ice cream came out like soup, we gave it a rest. Wanted to give them another try last night....no food, just ice cream sundae. Waited in line to order, then sat almost 15 minutes waiting for ONE sundae, while I watched bags of food coming out for several cars behind me. I ended up going inside asking for my sundae telling a man (assuming he was a mgr) that I had been waiting outside for over 10 minutes. He was rude and loud saying "Ma'am, everyone has been waiting over 10 minutes". Got my money back and will never go back. I understand they were busy, but it was obviously out of control. Andy's is within walking distance of this place....go there for ice cream. Quick, better service, more choices and no one has ever screamed at me there. My money will be spent where it's...
