Update: the below response from the manager is a lie. Our order was under the name Kyra, the lady working the desk made my husband pay for a meal under the name “Henery” how are those 2 names mistaken? Those don’t even sound alike. The below response also lies about my husband agreeing with the items on the wrong order. We only ordered 1 pizza. The items on that order had other items on there too, so it’s pretty impossible my husband would have agreed that the other persons food was our order. Also, the cashier was very disrespectful to my husband and actually argued extremely rudely with him. There were no apologies given by her, even though the mistake was completely on her and your system. She was not apologetic in any way. Lastly, I find it interesting that the manager wants to comment on here & give us contact info, but at the store she refused to give out any contact info. All she would do is write down her name. My husband even asked her more than once for a phone # or email, especially since no documentation was given to us to show we would be refunded. This place is shady & I don’t appreciate the lies being told to try to save face.
If I could give 1 star I would. Absolutely worst customer service. They just stole $33 for us by charging us for someone else’s order after we already paid for the order online. The lady working as the cashier was very disrespectful to my husband & refused to give us our food until we paid for food that was not ours. Then to top it off, no refund was given & no apologies either. Absolutely absurd. We eat here often, but I don’t think we will be back...
Read moreThey have re a lot good pizza however the staff are young and details such as which pizza goes to the correct table. They have a number system and it should be easy to get correct but we had our second pizza delivered to another table and they must have ordered something similar because they didn't catch it and we knew it had to be ours because they hadn't been there long enough to get their food yet. So I went to ask about it and the waiter/food helper was telling the other food prep employees that they needed to make another one because he had just figured out what he had done. In the meantime they didn't do anything to satisfy us. Telling me the manager was busy. I guess they gave us the other people's pizza because they delivered a second pizza to them a few minutes after we were eating and they couldn't eat it because they were done with all the other stuff they had order and our pizza so they were given the extra pizza to take home. (Because they looked confused but excepted it and took it home). The manager never came to talk to us and they knew we weren't happy since I talked the cashier twice with same results. Busy.... No one called us to make things right it took me calling them a few days later. All they did was give us a small when the pizza we paid for and was served someone else's was a large. If they weren't a the only good tasting pizza placethat you can eat at in our town we would go elsewhere. As of now we have only been back...
Read moreOther reviews say this is the best pizza place in Spring Hill, but they fail to mention that this is the ONLY pizza place in Spring Hill at the time of this review, and that sort of distinction is important because if Papa Keno's or Minsky's or even Papa John's or Little Caesars were to move in next door to Gambino's, I wouldn't be surprised to see them get crushed by that kind of competition. I don't hate this place, but I don't love it either. If it wasn't down the street and I had to drive a ways to get there I wouldn't do it. The best thing I can say is that they can occasionally have a decent deal if you're in the area, otherwise people who have actual options will look elsewhere. I don't mind a calzone from this place once in a while but...
