The Beach Bar — Restaurant in Spring Hill

I've only been here once, but plan on being here much more. Better than the average karaoke, some were exceptional! Split a sub that was made as well as could be for the price. Macy was our bartender, and her awareness and attention to detail made the difference for us! She was taking care of everyone with a smile on her face. Everyone was served in turn. Couples, families and singles all taken care of with a deceptive quickness, for anyone who's ever worked in the service industry. (Non bar & restaurant peeps are usually the biggest whiners, and smallest tippers, but she took care of them all with equal enthusiasm) Our first visit also had a small 3 ft alligator just off the back deck. One of the best local beer and wine places I've found so far. Comfortable areas for different sized groups, and the clientele was mostly welcoming. One obnoxious drunk little old lady was the exception, but they hustled her out of there as soon as her personality & the alcohol turned her into a beast of a Karen! I don't know if it was her family, or the establishment, but the whole crowd heaved a sigh of relief and went back to having a good time! This is definitely a small place that you'd be forgiven for missing white driving down Hernando Beach. It also appears from the outside like a place most would not venture into. But honestly it's a hidden gem. I had the Italian grinder sandwich and it was honestly one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten. The bathrooms were emaculately clean. I've been in alot fancier more expensive places that weren't that clean. The staff was super friendly. The service was excellent. The beers are cold.
