New update!!🤬🤬🤬
This place is a joke. The person who takes the orders from the drive through is not only ride, but refuses to mind her own business and call the manager when asked. They allowed a drive through patron to honk endlessly and tap my bumper over and over with their number. When I asked the manager for help, he got accusations along with the drive through attendant, refused to help and alienated me as a customer in doing so. He continued to accuse me when I was not the one repeatedly getting his bumper tapped by the patron behind him. I followed a white truck from the street to the drive through and the person behind me was speeding the opposite direction through the parking lot to try and beat both cars. He fell short behind me by at least 12 feet, and began honking and causing a commotion threatening me and telling me I cut him off, which I did not, as I went the speed limit through the parking area to enter the drive through. The other patron did not. His speeds exceeded 40 miles an hour and came dangerously close to t boning my car. I have every reason and right to be upset as that Parton put me at risk, and continued to be a danger in tapping my bumper. Had anything happened to me, it would have been McDonald's responsibility; as I asked the manager for help and he refused, accused me and threatened to call the police and this is unacceptable! I hope he is reprimanded or more preferably; fired. This is not over and I will be reporting to McDonalds and anyone else who will listen. Besides that, the food here sucks and is inconsistent. Both the English muffins and biscuits are always burnt or too hard to eat, and the cheese on the McMuffins looks like it's been sitting there all morning, as it has melted into a hard goop. The ice cream machine never ever works no matter what time of day or night you show up, and the people here are just overly rude. I do not recommend this place to anyone ever.
This place is lucky it gets 2 stars. It's the closest McDonald's to my home and to go to any other locations would be a great inconvenience. This place normally gets my order wrong, gives me old or hurt food, has given me back incorrect change on 4 different occasions, the ice cream, flurry, Sundae machine is conveniently never working, and people are rude when you ask for things like extra napkins, salt, pepper, or ketchup. Out of the several orders they have gotten wrong or made inedible; they have never fixed or offered to fix the issue when I have calledm I'm extremely polite and don't ask for anything and explain the problem and expect the person on the other end to volunteer to make things right , but they never do. They are greedy and don't even own the store. Unfortunately I enjoy their quick sausage biscuits with cheese, as they are extremely difficult to mess up; ( though sometimes my biscuits are hard as hockey picks and burnt.😭) I go back, because it's either them, Wendy's, or Jack I'm the Box; of which both I like far less. If this place has more competent staff and didn't make me wait for old, burnt and crusty food, it may actually be better, but I don't blame the staff, someone had to hire them and that who hired them is the one I should blame, because they just don't care about quality or customer service. Sorry but your excessive profit from greedflation is going against all of what made you popular in the first place. It is no longer affordable compared to places of actual quality like IN N OUT; which is actually cheaper and if much much higher quality; but as it's made to order, it takes much longer, but not that much longer than the 5- 15 min wait on account of incompetent staff..I have much more to say, but you get the idea. I won't say I won't go back cause they are the closest breakfast I have, I just know 50% of the time I'll go hungry because it will be inedible. Continue to this location under caution and at...
Read moreAnna is the most unfriendly manager I have ever come across in a restaurant. She had a frown on her face the entire time she was in view and the moment she approached me about my small service animal. She came at me with attitude. She needs to learn to be more tactful when dealing with customers she might not ageee with. If she would have approached me with a smile and friendly attitude and told me I had to go after paying for my meal and waiting for it. Maybe my response would have been different. Anna needs some major personal development training and someone should tell her that frown on her face is a big red flag telling me she hates her job and just took her hate out on me. I came home to look up McDonald's pet policies as I have never had an issue at any other McDonalds as I have visited 3 since I have rescued this dog from a homeless man burning her alive in the Vegas sun. I tried to explain I just got the small 5lbs puppy who sits in my lap and I am currently waiting on the paperwork from the therapist at the LVPD as we are in the process of training her as an emotional support service dog. The paperwork takes time. I also tried to explain I been to many McDonalds and have had no issues and also other restaurants. But she wouldn't even try to listen. I also tried to tell her if she googled McDonald's pet policies that there are many places online that talk about McDonald's being pet friendly. She was just all around rude and nasty and her attitude took me by such surprise that I admit I returned a little attitude back. I will be banning McDonald's and I was a regular customer who visits for breakfast, lunch and dinner a few times a week. The new dog I rescued has had her story going viral online and I will be sure I use the social media pages I created to share her story. To tell the world about my experience and get other dog lovers to ban your restaurant now. Probably best for all of us as your food is low quality and always cold anyways. It was just always fast and cheap. But now not even that will bring me back ever again. I will starve before I ever eat at McDonalds ever again. Tell Anna her approach is everything in a situation like mine. If she would have approached me with kindness and a smile and tried to at least hear me out. She would have got a different result. She needs to read the book How To Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie. Every manager should be required to read that book before they are allowed to deal with the public and Anna needs it badly. Demote her to the fry machine so what customers will return do not have to be greeted...
Read moreI get it, COVID 19 precautions. Sunday, April 26, 2020 around mid day. I am on foot, walk in the convenience store and the McDonald's lobby area is blocked off. I walk outside, I think I'll try the drive up and walk through. The employee cracks the window I ask if I can order and she tells me I have to go to the side door. At the next window, for pick up, the employee tells me, "just around here." as he motions around the side of the building. I walk down the driveway, the first door is locked. I go to the next door, locked. I go to the next door and I am inside the convenience store. A Terrible's employee is there, I discuss this with her, she says "they'll take your order here. There were two employees in the lobby talking, another employee, a young man, is in the lobby. I ask him can I order here? He tells me I have to go to this (mystical now) side door, he ells me they will come take my order. I walk back outside to the side door... I wait, I check the door, it's locked. I wait a minute.... I leave. So, out of 5 employees, not one was able to help me place an order, 3 that I actually spoke to and 2 that I know saw what was going on. Impressive McDonald's, impressive. I walked next door, about 300 feet away and something to...
