Found this GEM today!!! I had a go to Pho spot but this place literally just STOLE my heart taste buds and business. Definitely love at first bite!! Great service, hospitality and most importantly AMAZING food. One thing I absolutely admired about this restaurant (Mom highlight) there’s a changing table in the bathroom!!! and not the sketchy plastic kind either. A sturdy clean changing table!. Another thing, the water was so refreshing. I normally would never! But I drank at least 3 glasses! Now to the food, we had the steak pho and it was amazing!! Came out quick and was absolutely delicious! We also had the Vietnamese egg rolls fresh and hot! The only bad thing I have to say about this place is that it wasn’t packed! We were the only customers the whole time we were there. Prices and food were too great for it to not be packed. They just opened in November 2024 and I just found the place (and it’s literally right across from my neighborhood) so I don’t know how I missed it, but I feel like the Bridgestone community is missing out!! Highly recommend yall check this place out!! I will be back probably sooner than I’d like to admit. lol but my absolute new favorite go...
Read moreI’ve been coming here on a weekly basis for the last 5 months and it has always been consistently delicious. I typically order the pho combination or the rib pho, and I absolutely love that the meat here is thick cut. Thick cuts of steak, tendon, and meatballs, unlike many other pho places that skimp out on the protein. Fried egg rolls are a must, although they don’t use a traditional fish sauce which is okay with me because the alternative sauce is still good. Almost every other visit there is complementary fried gyozas. The hot chili oil is the best I’ve ever tasted. The Vietnamese coffee with sea salt cold foam is on point. The man at the counter has always been friendly and service has always been good. I also love the fact that they open at 9am which makes it a great hearty breakfast. Will definitely continue...
Read moreWhile the broth was tasty, it was a bit too salty for me. The price was way too high. I asked for a large pho with meatballs and tendon, extra tendon. I got a 32 oz container of broth… let’s say that is what it was. Small portion of noodles, 4 small pieces of tendon and what seemed to be 2 meatballs cut in half. I ordered the Vietnamese egg rolls… no veggies or lettuce or fish sauce. There was a small pack of siracha, hoisin sauce. Very disappointed all for $27 plus or minus. I feel like I cheated on my local pho restaurant and paid the consequences. The lady who handed me my order seemed quite humble and kind. The gentleman was rather dry and short with customer interaction. I will not succumb to convenience and drive a few miles to get what I consider all around great experience. Still wish...
