Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Texas

Should have read a review instead of looking at the hours. If you're closed, I want to see the lights out and the open sign off. Not lit up brigh as day at 4am with all the signs telling you about the deals and the prices. It's completely disrespectful that this person would let me sit here and look at the menu for 5 minutes while they are closed... Now my partner and I are ready to order, and they say we're closed. Open sign on, all the lights on menu board are on, clearly not closed. Give me some trash story about system updating and them not being able to take orders or make orders... it's 2024. Your computer not being up to date is not an excuse. We went to whataburger , and they said their system was also updating, but they took our order and our money. Thanks for feeding me Whataburger. Both Meals Had Mold – Got Sick & No Refund!

This was one of the most disgusting and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered two meals from this place and both had visible mold on the burger buns (photos attached). It wasn’t subtle — there were clear green and white mold spots.

Unfortunately, I had already taken a bite before noticing and ended up getting violently sick and throwing up shortly after. When I contacted them, they didn’t apologize or show any concern — instead, they were rude, dismissive, and refused to refund me.

This is a serious health risk. Serving moldy food is unacceptable, and treating a sick customer this way is even worse. I will never order from here again and highly suggest you don’t either. It’s not worth risking your health for food that should have never...

I love jack in the box and this location rocks however this time was disappointed. I do drive thru and order a double jack..pay ..get food and leave. I thought the amount was a tad high but thought maybe cause i ordered medium. When i look at receipt she put down a triple instead of double. Ok no biggie i said..ill take it since i paid and was already driving..maybe she heard triple..honest mistake..The bigger disappointment was when i got home..they actually gave me a double burger...so i paid for triple initially not even wanting one but then actually got a double for the price of triple..win some lose some. I still like this location. Next time ill put a positive review as i have done...
