We got a variety of items. Some of them look so good I forgot to take pictures. We got miso soup and egg drop soup. I'm not a big fan of miso soup but it was very good. The egg drop soup needed a little bit of salt but after that it was perfect! Next we got the Vietnamese spring rolls. That great flavor but could have been rolled tighter. The peanut sauce was a little thin but was still good. Next we got the tonkotsu ramen. The pork was slightly charred which changed the flavor of the broth. The noodles were good though. We also got the Thai red chicken curry. My husband thought it could use a little bit more of the curry powder. Had a great texture though and the chicken was phenomenal. We also got some Maki rolls. One salmon and one tuna. They were both pretty good. Overall we will be coming back as it is their first week open. I believe with time and suggestions it's only going to get better! Thank you so much for a wonderful evening. Your staff was very attentive...
Read moreWe stopped in for an early dinner last night and ordered a Spicy Naruto, a Sakura Combo (mixed sushi/sashimi) and Mongolian Triple Delight.
Amazing fast friendly service. Great atmosphere. Everything was presented beautifully. And it was reasonably priced given 2025 dollars.
The food is extremely good with authentic oriental spices and flavors. All the fish was fresh and tender. The spicy tuna Naruto was perfectly rolled and flavored. Its soy based dipping sauce was delicious. The Sakura Combo (sushi and sashimi) had beautiful slices of tuna, salmon, and yellowtail. The rice to fish ratio was perfect. Not too much rice ... Not too little rice ... Just right. Chinese meals are served with a moderate sized bowl of rice (brown, white, or fried). Again, not over the top and enough for the meal. The Mongolian Triple Delight was not spicy so we requested some hot oil.
All in all an amazing addition to the community. Kudos and keep up...
Read moreThe lunch bento was ok. I had the teriyaki chicken. The chicken was a little tough and the sauce was just thrown on top. The vegetables underneath were bland and still raw. The Cali roll although very tasty, fell apart as soon as it was touched. The salad and their dressing was the highlight. Michael the server was disappointing. Did not know the menu, only dropped by once to refill my tea. Took the glass to the back and brought me just tea, no ice, just room temp tea. I asked for some eel sauce and was brought the customary little container. It was a $1.00 upcharge. So apparently all extras are alacarte and charged separately. Because the chicken was tough I asked for a knife, Michael brought it and handed it to me while grabbing the cutting end. Hopefully they'll get better with time, but for now 50/50 on going back. No Manager ever came by to see...
