If I could give 0 stars I would. For $40, Food was absolutely trash. Service was good, but when the lady handed us our root beer floats she handed it to us with the lid not on all the way so it spilt all over our car then proceeded to only give us 3 napkins when we told her about the spill. Got our food and was IMMEDIATELY DISAPPOINTED, chicken nuggets were soggy and still cold in the middle and left a “freezer burnt” taste in my girlfriend’s mouth. The fries were soggy, wet, and bland. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, however it was for sure just thrown in a microwave and to top everything off, there was a hair in my cheese curds. -10/10, would never recommend to anyone. Very disappointed with our experience this evening. My husband ordered two Dirt Worm ice creams for our toddlers at the drive thru and when the staff came to deliver them, they suddenly told him it was cash only because their card machine was down — something he was never told when ordering. He explained that he didn’t have cash and asked if they could still give the ice cream to the kids, given the situation. Instead, they refused and took them back, leaving him to drive away with two crying toddlers. Poor communication and even worse customer service.
