Service was awful. I arrived to the store after the Domino's app said that the order was baked and ready. Upon arriving, I made eye contact with the associate as she literally ran away. She disappeared around the corner of some shelving units and left me wondering if part of the order was forgotten. The radio was blasting at first but that went off moments after she went back there. To my disappointment, I waited at the counter for 6-7 minutes, even after calling out to the back of the store twice, but no one was around and no one showed up. Only after calling the store phone number — while standing there — and waiting for 30 more seconds for it to ring did she come out from the back. The complete order was waiting on a shelf so I can’t imagine why in God’s name she was in the back of the store while a customer was clearly waiting at the front. She even had the balls to say, “I’m sorry, I can’t hear anything at the back of the store.” Like, lady, I saw you sprinting away from me. Let’s not go there....

We order some pizzas they show up at our house looking like you see below. Both pizzas are barely room temperature. The thin crust edges are burnt. The pizzas are "cut" like .... whatever this is, and the thin crust isn't even cut through all the way. I could lift most the pizza out and have it not fall apart.
Like fine ok you have some mistakes get out sometimes it happens no big deal. We call to report the issue and the guy on the phone is barely responsive, speaks rudely to my wife, but says they'll send out a replacement. That never actually shows up and now we're just left with this barely edible stuff.
What are we doing here?
Unfortunately there's no actual recourse left as corporate got rid of their complaint line and just kicks it back to the store and the store doesn't care. So, have this 1 star review and order from anywhere but...
Read moreI made my order through the app at 5:13. I was notified that it was delivered at 5:30. However, it was not delivered. I waited a few more minutes, and called. I was told that the order had been delivered to another address by mistake and that they were remaking it. They said it would be delivered within another 30 minutes. After almost an hour, I called again. They informed me that there had been a computer glitch, and that they were again starting my order and that it would be delivered soon and for free. However, the call was hung up before crediting my card back. After another 45 minutes, there was still no order and I went to the store in person. They had lost my order again. This was almost 3 hours after the initial order And it was still not completed. This was extremely frustrating and the by far worst experience I've ever had with Domino's. I cannot foresee ordering from Domino's...
