I had placed an order online and called the store to make sure the driver had the necessary change. Considering the gentleman, Joseph that I talked to was the General Manger of the store… you would think he’d have appropriate customer service skills. Now was I unhappy about the answer, yes, but was I disrespectful, absolutely not. I was asking questions pertaining to the policy and certainly was not being rude. He kept over talking to me where I was unable to even finish what I was asking and then he hung up on me! I did not get one apology for the situation. In customer service, the customer is not always right, but they do have the right to be heard and to have questions answered. In customer service you deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. Overtalking me and hanging up on me is a terrible customer experience. If I had been yelling or being rude I could completely see him trying to calm me down by overtalking me, and if I had used derogatory language I would absolutely understand being hung up on, but I was literally asking questions pertaining to a policy he was talking about for their drivers. I know with the pandemic work is hard and customers are still ordering, buying, interacting with different stores and companies, but at the end of the day, we cannot take out our own personal issues on anyone else. Only we can hold ourselves accountable. I have trained and continue to develop customer service skills for a large call center locally. One thing I always tell my employees is everyone who calls in has their own set of issues, and although we may hear it call after call, it’s their first time talking to us. We have to treat them individually compared to others. If someone calls in upset, you never know what they’re going through. For example let me just put this out there… I’m a single mother, with an infant, five kids in total. I have been working 50+ hours a week. I had to work late and needed to feed my kids. I’m exhausted and need an oil change, so rather than getting my kids dressed on a school night and taking them to the store or a fast food restaurant so they can eat before they go to sleep… I decided I will order pizza. My kids father isn’t helping and not paying any towards our kids. My church just gave me money from our benevolence fund to help me financially so all I have is cash. Unfortunately it’s a larger bill and not a smaller bill. I tried to do the right thing and call to let the store know because last time the guy drove back to the store for me… so I knew no better. Instead of being treated like a human being that has my own struggles, I was dismissed like I am no one, and hung up on when I started to ask questions. It is very discouraging, especially with our current conditions in our country. The fact we no longer treat people with respect and it’s unethical. My heart breaks for our country and for others that are dealing with struggles and it’s the new norm to be treated disrespectfully. I can assure you if one of my employees treated a customer the way he did me this evening, I would be writing them up for customer abuse. Like I said, so disappointing....
Read moreThis place has not been the same recently since they had first opened. The food was great, But the service at this location is very very terrible and needs to be re-evaluated. This is the second time i had waited an unacceptable amount of time in the drive through window for my order. First time ordering was a 20 minute wait with multiple people passing by the window with no acknowledgement. Todays order i had waited 15 mins in the window before me and the car behind me decided the wait was long enough and had to go into the store to receive our food. When complaint was brought up, staff just smiled and acted as though they had no intention of listening or acknowledging the complaint. again, multiple people had gone by the window and were eating personnel food in the window with customer visibility still no acknowledgement was made to give food or service to waiting customers in window. I can confidently say i do not recommend this location strictly based on the customer service. and i will no longer bring my business to...
Read moreI normally receive great quality food from this location so this review is just for one specific incident.
I placed a mobile order for pickup and for the most part everything seemed accurate and done as shown on time to have my order ready for carryout. The 2 pizzas I received were fantastic and what I expected. The issue came to my 16 piece of Honey BBQ chicken wings. In the past I have ordered wings and knew what to expect but this really felt as if they had accidentally prepared regular wing and last minute realized they were supposed to be Honey BBQ (which the bbq was not) and decided to squeeze some sauce on them and called it good. Just taking another moment to quality control would go a long way. The drizzle on these wings is a clear indication someone realized they messed up the order. I didn't return to the location because I didn't feel this one incident deserved a fuss. Like I said in the beginning, I normally receive great quality from Domino's but yesterday was not one of...
