The food is of good quality.(It is never dirty) I personally have enjoyed my meals there. They have a variety that is costumer friendly. (If you get tired of something you can try something new, but most people find a favorite something a stick to it.)
The servers are fond of doing their job right. The owners are work there everyday, so the employees are on their best behaviours. From my experience the servers are nice and friendly people.
Service is fast and friendly. The wait for food is 5 to 15 minutes. (depends on what you order). The top waitress is outstanding at what she does, she makes friends with her customers, as they come regularly. Firefighters come to eat often, they get called for an Emergency while they had already ordered their food, and they come back to eat, and she has made friends with them. A school principle even enjoys the friendly service and good food. The hostesses are always ready to recieve you with menus. When you are there you almost never wait for them to clean a table for you to sit down, unless they were full and someone just left.
The name Acapulco reflects the personality of the restaurant. They have fish and shrimp on the menu. (Acapulco is a beach in Mexico, so there are fish and shrimp there.) As how they have a transparent walls painted with Ocean waves and palm trees and seagulls, that bring in what it is like at Acapulco beach. The transparency they have brings in the atmosphere of outside, you do not feel closed in, in the day the sun fills the restaurant, and at night it shines a yellow light that invites one in as they drive down E Robinson Ave. Even at night you feel a peaceful atmosphere in the restaurant, as almost no one comes during those hours. You can have a quiet meal.
They keep their restaurant clean and new. They most often update their mugs, chairs, and currently have added booths. And have repainted the inside.
What I respect most is that the owner is a humble person, who is also the top waitress, who...
Read moreI don't really remember wen I came here, but it was my first time eating at this place. I went with my parents and my sister, the staff looked like they didn't even want to seat us. We got chips and drinks. Then we ordered our food, I don't remember what my sister and my parents ordered, but I ordered a Chimichanga Beef and Chicken Dinner from what I saw on the menu I told the waitress that I didn't want white cheese inside and I didn't want it on top either. We got our orders, then I got my order and it has cheese on top after I told the waitress that not to put on top and not to put it inside? She took it back, didn't even apologized about it and she give my order, I thought it was fixed but it wasn't it still had white cheese inside after I told the waitress I was so disappointed and I took only 2 bites and I didn't even eat it. The beef was way too greasy for me and the chicken was very dry. This would be my first and last visit here. Service is 1 for my parents bc they got their orders right. The food...
Read moreI will NEVER visit this restaurant again because of the owner (Reuben). I’ve been a frequent customer for over two years, almost every lunch break. I forgot to get my card punched the day before so I asked (Reuben, Owner) if he could punch my card from yesterday. His response: “No sir, you have to have the card on that day. This is a business”. After going back and fourth he says, give me the card and take the food, very rude. I told his I’d never come back to this establishment. His words: Have a good day.
As a teacher whom serves and volunteers in Springdale community, it saddens me that a business owner could treat a loyal customer in such a manner. If I could give zero stars to the owner Reuben, I’d do so. Shame on YOU!
Erica and Vanessa (twins) have always been very pleasant -...
