Taco Bell — Restaurant in Springdale

Reading other reviews a repeated theme occurs: it takes forever to get your food here, and we found that out the hard way coming back from Branson to Fayetteville today.

Father-in-law and wife and three kids order at the kiosk inside and sit down. Keeping a 5 year old and 3 year old and 8-month-old occupied for more than 10 minutes is a chore. We waited at LEAST 20 minutes for our food to come out and it still hadn’t.

It took my wife and I going and just standing at the counter to get any sort of response from any staff. They said “we’re working on it,” and took another 5 minutes before finally handing us a bag of food and saying nothing, no acknowledgment of it taking long or any sort of apology.

There was another man and his teenage son with him who ordered their food right before us and it took us going up there for him to get the courage to go up there himself and figure out when his food was going to come out. It took them another 5 minutes so he easily waited 40 minutes at TACO BELL for his lunch on Sunday after arriving at 11:45.

This location’s staff looks to be mainly high school age with maybe a manager in his late forties or fifties and they clearly care zero about customer service or getting food out in a timely manner. It’s a shame because it really isn’t hard to at least apologize or acknowledge that it’s taking awhile. If they had done that I wouldn’t be leaving...

Ordered inside on kiosk, ordered 2 Mexican pizzas and then the guac and sour cream in side little containers. Plus some Doritos supreme tacos. Well they just dumped the guac and sour cream onto the pizzas, and the pizza was not even made right. There were globs of taco sauce in various areas of it and just looks unappetizing. I went up the first time to ask about the separate sauces and they said it goes on the pizza. But the manner of how uncaring they were is what really upset me. No offer of apology or that they would fix it. So I just went back to my seat, well my daughter didn't like the look of her pizza and it's one of her only favorite items on your menu so I said this is enough and went back up there and showed the manager what our pizzas looked like,and explained what was going on and he tried the same excuse that his crew said about the sauces being on the pizza and not in a small container like the kiosk showed. I told him that he needed to retrain his people on how to care for the customers and have pride in what they do, or else what is the point in coming to work if they don't care. He offered to remake the pizzas. Which I accepted. But he showed no care or concern either.

I can't stand being around people who are nothing but lazy, and no care in what they are doing. Serving others should make...

Service was absolutely horrible. This is THE longest review I have ever wrote. Trust me it's worth the read to the end.

First my food wasn't in a bag and the box wouldn't close because they had tried to stuff my sides in it. My cheese and chips were falling in my lap. When I asked for a bag the guy complained.

My friend got a bag for her 1 item a mexican pizza, a bag my order would have fit in. He said bye and closed the window. When we didn't leave he came back and said, Do you need something and we said napkins please. A lady looked over him and said they are in the bag. We had to actually show them there were no napkins. We got napkins. They closed the window.

We really thought we were being punked. As we waited at the window the same lady came and said what do you need now really hateful. My friend said we would like our drinks. She said oh my God. Handed us the drinks and closed the window.

You guessed it... no straws. We waited and finally had to knock on the window, like we couldn't see them inside. The lady opened and said what do you want now!! My friend said is it too much to ask for straws.

So wow. Horrible...
