7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Springdale

I wanted a coffee suger and cream, nothing special, It was cold and I just wanted a hot coffee ! I paid almost 7.00 tip included and I got a Coffee with just plain cold Milk not cream no where near sweet very bitter and it was Luke warm at best and that might be an overstatement. Called no answer Called again got recording left message Still No reply. Do yourself a Favor for $7.00 take yourself to Kum and Go Grab you a Large Brazilian Gold add some REAL CREAM AND REAL SUGER , then stop by the kitchen area and grab yourself a delicious HOT sausage egg and cheese croissant AND ALL FOR $6.66 That's right ! HOT 🔥 COFFEE NOT BITTER AND A CROISSANT FOR $6.66 .Thank me later. RECAP : Just got a message from 7 Brew lol so funny as you can read from their comment. My favorite drink is a HOT cup of coffee with cream and sugar . Also wasn't gonna say anything before but I also appreciate people that have Great Attitudes when in the Customer Service Industry also ones that take pride in serving their customers with what they ordered and to do so in a timely manner not letting just a plain cup of coffee sitting getting colder and colder . It shouldn't matter if a Customer spends .50 or 50.00 EVERY SINGLE Customer deserves Great Customer Service Quality...

Use to love this Location until last Sunday when I ask for a raspberry truffle macchiato. The young blonde working handed me my drink. I said this is not mine she said yes it is then repeated my order then realized it was wrong. She then went back into have the others remake it mean while she was talking about me to the her coworkers . I went today just thinking I would get a different person but got the same girl who confronted me about telling her my drink was wrong the day before. She takes my order then goes back in the store and proceeds to tell everyone about me while laughing. Comes out with. A drink full of chocolate. I believe it was 💯 done intentionally. Showed them my phone with my account which showed my phone number, name visits etc… with my points and my rewards. And still refuse me my rewards saying their screen didn’t show the same They double checked my number to make sure it was correct and admitted the number was correct! But still deny my points just because their screen didn’t show even when I pulled them on my phone even the text message with my reward I earned. Just saying technology does fail..
