Food Truck De El Chefe — Restaurant in Springdale

The food here is amazing! In my opinion the best quesabirrias in nwa! We have always gone to get food from them no matter where they were located we would go to them. However I have to give a three star because this last time we went the service wasn’t the best. There was a younger teenager taking our order and was very rude. I asked if they had certain food and he just confused me all around and got frustrated with me and said “I’m telling you we only have this..” in a rude tone. I believe it was the temperature and how busy they were that may have caused this, but it still doesn’t justify to talk to...

Birria holy hell man I'm from Los Angeles for those who are from there you know how the compas get down with Mexican food best to none out there other than your Jefita, (Mom) & Mexico of course lol anyways BEST BIRRIA I had here in NWA by Far and I've tasted lost of other places. I’m from south west Arizona, 15 minutes from Alogodones, Mexico and moving out to Arkansas 2 years ago it’s been tough adjusting to the Tex mex. Until now. El Chefe is the Chefe of authentic street tacos in NWAR. The carne asada meat is great but the tortillas are best I’ve had. I was unaware a tortilla could make such a difference in a taco. They’d of course taste that much better if they were $1 tacos but have no problem paying $3 for this quality. We will be back… probably later...
