Ive traveled the world. Italy, China, Japan, England, etc and without a single shred of doubt in my mind, this is THE BEST custard ive ever had, hands down. This place is incredible. Every flavor is 100% bang on. Sure, youre getting it in a foam cup with a dinky plastic spoon, but who cares. Its custard, not a filet mignon. I dont need my custard to look good, i need it to taste good. And oh boi, do it taste good. The establishment itself is cute and a bit of a dive but not gross. There arent really any toilets on location so keep that in mind. There IS a portapotty but... yah. Better to just go ahead of time. Putt putt is fun. They have a good, fairly condensed course. Should take most people a good hour to get through. There is generally more than adequate parking unless you show up on a crazy busy day. They also have a cute little app which offers discounts haha. But everything else i mentioned is just garnish around the main course. The truth is, you went there for the ice cream. And man oh man is it the star of the show. If you havent been here yet, do yourself a favor and go and first just order a normal flavor of one of their fresh custards like chocolate or vanilla. I thought vanilla was boring, yeah not here. While ordering ice cream with my business partner we we're approach by the owner who asked us if we had our solicitating badge. Since we are not from Philadelphia and traveled 10 hours from Massachusetts we did not know what this was. He told us that we needed those badges to ask employees/ customers questions, but the only questions we asked was about the sherbet ice cream.we also got approached by one of his customers asking if we went to the Trump convention that was in town and like normal humans beings we talked about it with them.He was completely rude about it and went about it unprofessionally as far as asking us to leave his property after we bought ice cream from his establishment.
