Nelly's Hideaway — Restaurant in Springfield Township

Friends and myself had a Wednesday ritual of eating wings and shooting pool at another establishment. It was suggested that we give Nelly's a shot and so we did. I gotta say we were all impressed with the food and laidback atmosphere. Lindsey was on her game cooking and serving what is in our opinion the best bar sandwiches and fries in this area. Stopped when looking for somewhere to eat and drink when everything else was closed while traveling through. Definitely a townie bar, but was friendly and didn’t get any weird looks like other townie bars we’ve been to. No complaints. Basic selection of food and beers. I stopped in for a quick beer. I have a service animal. Bartender said I had to take the dog outside and he was rather snotty about it.
