Bella Roma II — Restaurant in Springfield

I made an order near closing time. The lady that took my order over the phone misunderstood me. I placed an order for a ham & cheese grinder with bacon & mayo. How do you mess this order up? Upon picking up my order 15 mins later, when I arrived the cashier repeated the order & said 2 grinders. As soon as I corrected, the cashier, said it wasn't a problem & that she would split the order in half. After she stated to the lady that took my order on the phone, the lady came out from the back and tried making me feel bad stating that she heard me ask for 2 grinders and when she repeated the order back to me I didn't disagree. I kindly said to her, that I only asked for 1, she went to the back to get the grinder but she took longer than what I expected. When I received my food, it was cold which I thought was strange. The bread was overly toasted (hard). I also realized that I was charged for cheese separately on a HAM & CHEESE grinder. Is not like I asked for extra cheese, not sure what that was about. I gave them a second shot on the fact that they offer more than just pizza. I tried their pizza for lunch and tasted chemically. Their menu is all over the place. They have spanish food, Italian food. I decided to go with the most simplest grinder, and they still screwed itI up. I would not...

Love this spot. It’s a bit different with the diverse menu of Italia meets Latin food which is great. Everything I order from there is great. From the yellow Spanish rice(arroz con gandules) with stuffed shells, to the quesadillas, mozzarella garlic bread, egg plant parm, white rice, beans tostones and the pizza all really good. The quesadillas have a different twist in flavor which I think is a little sazón or something thrown in there. Different and my favorite veggie quesadillas in the whole city. Just wanted to share my first experience at this establishment. A very warm welcome and a smile. This speaks volumes. I ordered a delicious Greek salad with grilled chicken. Chicken temperature and flavor on point. It was a late evening and had not prepared food at home. Glad I stopped by.
