Taco Bell — Restaurant in Springfield

My mother and I had just placed our order, my mother sits down next to the kitchen so she isn't able to see the inside. Anyhow, I was looking at the young man handling lettuce,tomatoes etc while coughing, wasn't even wearing mask properly and he touched his gloves to his mask. I was appalled so had to turn the other direction moving far away from the counter/kitchen area. I turn around after hearing our order being read aloud That guy who was handling the lettuce & etc had pulled up his mask to make it appear as if he was wearing it properly the whole time ,sneaky. My mother kept the order not wanting to cause an altercation, but I should have brought the orders back in the store and ask for a refund. We didn't end up consuming most of the meal....

once I got my food n went home I was tooken aback to see my tacos were completely botched I had ordered two supreme Doritos tacos n they only put cheese n sour cream in them, they didn’t notify me that they might have been out of ingredients so I don’t know if that was the case or they were being lazy n forgot either way it’s unacceptable to expect someone to pay more money for a product that is falsely advertised and from other reviews it doesn’t sound like this is their first big hiccup. I also tried calling them three times to discuss the matter and no one picked up the phone. I already reported this in the Taco Bell app so if the owners aren’t aware of these employees shenanigans then corporate certainly...

Absolutely disgusted! Who ever worked 7/6 @ 1:40 am should never be allowed to prepare or serve food ever!!! My order was all wrong. Missing items and added items that I specifically requested not to be in my order. My drinks were incorrect. My quesadilla was only cooked on one side. My bowl had guacamole that I requested not be put in my bowl, y rice had hard pieces, as if it was scrapped from the bottom of the pan and I was missing my jalapeños. I also received some roach looking things that I assumed were supposed to be my black beans. Food grows bacteria after a few hours and should be changed out to avoid getting anyone sick. How can anyone put this in you food and think this is ok??!! $50...
