Cellf Juices — Restaurant in Springfield

UPDATE:::::5/5/22** Upon my second visit during my daily return, I was greeted by one of the owners I’m assuming. Who asked me if I heard from another person from their business, in confusion I looked at her like who and why? Well.. it was regarding my recent review. To say the least Cellf Juices went above and beyond to apologize for our bowls missing items. Not only did she explain the understandable situation at hand, she personally made sure our next bowls were perfect and took very good care of us. This was exceptional customer service and I greatly appreciated the amount of care given to reach out their customers whom had an issue. I will continue to come back and further support Cellf Juices! Thanks for an amazing experience, product and overall customer satisfaction!

I wish I could a 5 star review but since I found this place I have been coming here almost daily I order the same exact thing every time and every time it’s wrong Hense my order today Acia bowl only Banana ex banana, coconut flake, and granola. And an extra side of granola. Well I paid for extra banana and got the same amount they normally put! They put no granola on my bowl but they so nicely gave me the extra side I paid for! I love this place but the fact that I’ve been there easily 10 times now and not a single time has my order is just crazy. I spend a lot of money here to never have my order fulfilled...

The food is amazing. Quality ingredients, the smoothies are so good, and so are the juices and oats. I would say sometimes they are a bit too sweet though. Wait times are a bit ridiculous if you visit at the wrong time (after 11:30am before 1pm). So I tried using the app to help speed the process and the juices are not available on the app, only the 6 pack. We usually get the 4-pack but that also wasn’t available. They have a little girl helping out, and I get it, my parents had me help out with the family when I was young too but she must be at most 12 years old and although she is kind and sweet she is too young, takes way long and just simply isn’t experienced to be delivering any customer service. We’re traveling for work and use a company credit card so multiple transactions aren’t ideal. Updated this review because they added the 4 pack on the app and just because they’re such great people! Met the woman in charge of the juices (sorry we forgot your name) and she has been amazing. We’ve had their smoothies everyday for lunch for like 8 weeks and if I am ever back here for work again I will be sure to be back! I wish we could’ve ordered like a 6 pack of tamarindo cause it was so good. Also we’re not even vegan, just loved...

Cellf juices offers awesome smoothies and bowls. Quality can’t be beat and flavor as well. Springfield needed this little gem. I would never fault a business for being “busy” so I won’t knock stars off of my rating, however, there is huge room for improvement on the time it takes. I understand the establishment is small and only so many people can be slinging smoothies at the same time so I tried to problem solve and start using mobile ordering ahead. The only problem is that once you go to pick up, you still have to wait in the long line of customers ordering until you reach the counter. Ultimately defeating the purpose. I think a great solution would to be allowing the customers ordering online, a separate line to quickly pick up their orders. I can no longer go here anymore unless I can block out at least 30 minutes just to be safe.
