Update: 10/12/24 I called ahead at 1pm today to see if the shift manager the manager the night before was referring to would be in. Turns out the manager from the night before (I believe it was the same person) was back in and told me to head on in around 3:30. Showed up at 3:30 and he was there. He took me over to the registered and swapped out the empty container for what I paid for and made me whole. Was friendly and professional and appologized for the issue. Shout out to him, I believe his name was Mike. Thank you guys for taking the time to fix this issue, I know it wasn't the stores fault in the end as it was a manufacturing. Product is pretty damn fire, and I am a happy customer. I will continue to shop at ZaZa Green for my cannabis needs.
Original Review/Issue As you can I from the first Image, i've reviewed this store before, glowingly in fact. I have been a customer for over a year. I recently went in to purchase some weed on the higher end of the price scale. 60$ these days is a lot for an eighth (that's including the tax, granted it was supposed to be some wonderful 40%). Showed up there at the store (10/11/24 @ 10:13 PM), buy my eighth, get in the car, and head home. Now, you would think the employees there would check the container they are bringing up to the front to sell, you know, to make sure there is product in it, but I guess not. When I got home my gf and I opened it up and to our dismay there is absolutely nothing in there, no smell, not even a hair of weed. A completely empty $60 bottle.
Called the store, was told to come all the way back down, which I do. It's 10:52 PM at this point. Show the front door person, she grabs the manager, has me come back. Does some going between rooms for a little bit behind the counter. Mind you, It's now almost 11 and he's explaining to me that I have to come back tomorrow to talk to the store manager then to see if they will "possibly replace it". It's now 11 and I can no longer buy any weed to hold me over till tomorrow so now I am out $60 and any chance to smoke tonight! This has to be the worst dispensary experience I have had to date.

Read moreThe worst dispensary on this side of the state. They sell old weed and refuse to give refunds, even if package is unopened with receipts. Never buy any marijuana products from these scammer , you will be highly upset and at a lost. Weed here is garbage , not worth the time or effort. Their product breaks down into dust from the slightest amount of pressure. Definitely not the kind of weed you want to smoke.Try your luck somewhere else because you will be highly disappointed coming here. Edit: the cannabis ended up on your counter and cash register area because your incompetent manager said she wouldn’t give a refund. Even with the packages unopened. That’s why it ended up on your register in the first place. I didn’t want it, so yall can keep the garbage yall sell.Must be some disconnect with policies and how they are implemented. So, last night, I ordered online again...
This time I waited at the "online" counter until everyone who had been in a regular line (and a few more) had been served. Finally, now the only customer in the place, a girl in tight Barbie colored Spanx walks over and states, "You realize this just another register?" I said, "No, the sign said online orders."
Then on top of everything, the one flower I wanted was sold out between my order & my pick up. I drove over 30 miles one way to visit Zaza. What's the point of an online order, if you're not going to pull the order when you send the confirmation email?
I had just noticed the tip jar and intended to leave a pocket full of singles some jerk gave me as change earlier that day. Instead, I will find another dispensary to patronize. If I'm going to drive that far I expect a certain level of service. I thought I had found my "place", I was wrong and I am disappointed.
