This is by far the worst chick-fil-a I have ever been. I have never written a Google review for anything before, but I felt the need to write one for this. I hate to say that because I love chick-fil-a, but this is not the first time I have visited this location and had a bad experience. When they first opened in November the wait times were the issue which is understandable because they were newly opened, but after ordering about a week ago in store I still waited almost 20 minutes for just a sandwich when there were only two other people waiting for mobile orders. I think when their drive-through is crowded, they do not pay enough attention to the people inside the restaurant. I also recently went and ordered at the drive through when there was nobody in line, so I would expect that my food would come out hot and fresh. Instead, it was barely warm and seemed as if it had been sitting for a while. That has happened to me twice now where I have gotten food that is not up to the quality I usually get at other locations. Its been a couple of weeks since this location has opened and so far, I think they should have waited to open until they received more training. Out of the 12 times I've been there, my order has been correct 2 times. It's always a minimum 30 min wait, which is expected. However, if it is a mobile order, I am not sure why you still have to wait 30 minutes to an hour. The staff are working, no one is sitting down so it is confusing to the customer as to why everything is taking so long and then it is incorrect. If my order is going to take an hour to prepare, then everything should be correct when I receive it. Maybe there is not enough staff? Need more training on how things can move faster? Also, how are we running out of items already? Whoever is in charge of inventory should have known how busy this location was going to be. I don't know how to fix the issue but this location makes me want to just go to Hendersonville's like I did before. At least I know my order will be correct and I won't have to wait that long at...
Read moreComing from a previous Manager of a different location… I was not impressed and actually quite sad to see how they were crashing and burning Friday evening. My food was not right, fries were cold, bathroom not clean, lobby not clean. Walked back to get a refill, there was melted icecream on the counter making a mess, standing for about 5 minutes never got asked for help even though people were standing around… finally had to ask for help/refill. They got me one but put hot tea in my cup and no ice.
Their screens were backed up to Red (in the CFA world that is very bad) people waiting to long for food inside & in drive thru.
This store has a LONG way to go if they want to be a good CFA.
The fact this is a brand new CFA and not even open for hardly a month, and all of this happening is very disheartening.
All this being said from a lover of CFA & a previous employee, it’s saddening.
Hopefully it will get better in the coming days, no way...
