The worst service I've ever encountered. And I'm not necessarily talking about the interaction with employees at the counter or drive thru window. They either out of beef, chicken or steak(sometimes there out of two of the three) and sometimes all 3. More often or not their out of beef and tortilla chips and sometimes taco shells. So they ask you if you still want a taco on tortilla chips providing their not also out of both. Then on top of that they can't manage to even stay open all night sometimes closing 5+ hours early. Their usual isn't any sign up explaining why they closed early. Almost forgot, I've been told several times that it would take about 30 minutes to be able to fry anything. When I asked why I was either told they didn't know why or that someone turned it off and it would take that long to get it heated up. Wth is going on in this place? Usually the employees just matter of factly tell you they don't know why these things happen. Usually they look like they could care less. Now it's either extreme incompetence or extreme laziness or both, but this place has gone straight to hell. It was already the leader in super slow service with lines wrapping around the building. Now it's as if the franchise owner couldn't care less about inventory or even keeping the building up. This week alone I've went by there 5 times and got nothing when trying to order. One they were(surprise!) again out of beef(at 9pm!) and tortilla shells. The second time it was technical difficulties and they were closed(with all lights on still and people pouring in) again they had no signs up or employees going out and letting people know they were closed. The third, fourth(they had a sign on the entrance door stating that the lobby was closed until the ac was fixed). and fifth time I went by they were closed 3 to 5 hours early. Only the last time did they finally put a sign up saying they were closing at 9 pm because of maintenance. This is gross incompetence, someone needs to get this location...
Read moreDay shift gets all the stars I gave. Night shift is negative stars. Here’s a Mexican pizza, just opened the box. And not one of the ten sauces I ordered. They probably mess with the food, the level of petty I observe with the late crew. One of, At least a dozen examples of issues I’ve had is- I went to pickup an online order, before closing time. One of the two miserable girls I see there, greeted me with, “we closed.” I said, “do you not have an order for (name)?” It was already paid for. She said oh no we don’t. Click. I never got reimbursed for that order. I forgot about that until now…
Another one of the nasty nights girlies is more unpleasant the later it gets. It could be 4 hours til close and she’s a real peach. . Snappy , never dares to smile. She’s dirty blonde with glasses and a rchiseled straight face. The other girl has a darker complexion and glasses too, I’m pretty sure. I wouldn’t wear a name tag either if I was like that on the job. They’re the reason I just signed up for a google account just to say, you don’t have to work there if you don’t want to. It’s a job. It won’t hurt the company, but you’re representing yourself too. I don’t know I was always smiling at my fast food closing shifts even if I was going through it. I can’t imagine being that miserable. Just leave…. That’s all. Yeah, it is a little personal. I take it personally that you don’t meet standards every single time.
Hopefully word gets to you and your employer. Day shift kills it every time and...

I LOVE Taco Bell. If Taco Bell had frequent flyer miles I would be a platinum member.
If you read my other reviews, you will see that I love leaving positive words. I’m don’t like negative energy. It’s bad for the tacos.
I know this location has undergone some renovation and staff changes recently, and I have given it time to gain some momentum before sharing my experience.
That said, I have been consistently disappointed with this location. The workers have grown in friendliness and professionalism and the food/portions are good as long as the food is in a tortilla; however, my mother’s Power Bowl has repeatedly been served with severely underwhelming portions of ingredients she looks forward to eating. No joke, it did not even cover the bottom of the bowl.Today, my Loaded Nacho Box was loaded with chips, and decorated with dollops of toppings—leaving over half the chips to be eaten without flavor other than salt. I have made the mistake of not taking pictures before The drink/ice machine is almost always out of order and the ratio for soft drinks makes drinks taste funky. Also, the drive through is slow enough to make mention of.
