I had a very bad experience with this store on limestone st on 06/09/2017. I had a delivery for medium 2 topping and boneless wings. The driver got here in 40 to 50 min which was great but the issue was that it was the wrong wings. I told the driver kindly it was the wrong wings. I wanted boneless not bone in. I told him I wanted it remade and sent out. He said he'll try to get them to me in 20 min. 40 min passed and I called. I talked to Ryan and he said the driver it's on the way. 2 hours later I called again and asked why it takes 2 hours to get some wings. He said the driver dropped off the wings. I'm at the quality inn in room 217. There was a room Next to me which was 215 full of drunk people. I told Ryan nobody knocked on my door I haven't left this room I'm the only here and I'm still waiting. Ryan said that somebody was standing outside the door and the driver gave him my food. So I should go to the room next to me and ask for them because they robbed me. First of all that's bad customer service I'm not going to go next door and start problems because the driver decided to give the food to the wrong people instead of knocking on my door and handing me the food personally. I told Ryan I didn't get robbed your driver did because they got taken advantage of. Their response was that there was an altercation in room 215 so because of that I can't get my food. Now I'm not from this area, I'm a truck driver at us xpress. My company flew me out here for the weekend so I have no way to get around but, is not my fault that I can't get my food and accuse me pretty much of stealing from the store because some drunk idiots next door to me wanted to start an altercation with themselves and stand outside the hallway acting like they ordered the food. Your driver should of known better of either calling me on my phone or knocking on my door to verify if it's ok for them to take my food but your driver just handed the food to a complete stranger and just went about her business not caring about policy and the most important the customer. I worked at a pizza place(i was a manager) so I know how everything works so I understand the safety of the driver is important. So I tried to reason with Ryan by simply saying that I just want a credit for my wings and my order compensated for delivering the wrong food and making me wait 2 hours. He denied my request and said I'll give you a credit for the wings only but you will have to pick it up. I explained to him kindly that I'm a truck driver I was flown out here by my company I don't have a way to get there. He didn't care and didn't do anything to solve this issue. I think Ryan should not have the position he has and needs to be retrained again before dealing with any more customers. Im very upset that i didnt get for what i paid for and on top of that waiting 2 hours for wings. I will not be ordering from this place again and possibly from this company unless this issue gets resolved. I already sent out a complaint to corporate and I'm STILL waiting for them to call me. I don't understand how you can treat customers like this and this was my first time ordering from dominos. Now I know what to expect if I ever order from them again. If this issue is not resolved I will go to the better...
Read moreI dont understand how this place stays open on S. limestone! Everytime i call my order is either completely messed up or you tell me over 2 hours or more for pizza.... 2 hours ?!?!?!? Its 3:40 on a wednesday afternoon. How is that even possible. Completely a joke ..pizza DOES NOT take that long to cook. And if your that understaffed you should do something about that. And for your managers and whomever else should know how terribly its going. Then your employees dont even let you speak before they hang up on you. Not to mention the times before all this i couldnt even get them to pick up their phone after calling repeatedly. And on my sons birthday when i ordered a went to pick them up i witnessed a hispanic man be ignored for 15 minutes and the employee walk away from him 6 times before completing his order !!!!!!!! All while my pizza was over 40 minutes from the time they told me it would be ready and my sons whole birthday was ruined with no food due to when i finally got it everyone was leaving the party and i missed half my sons own 3rd birthday!!!!!! After numerous occasions im so fed up! Ill drive completely across town or order oizza somewhere else before i ever think about eating from this...
Read moreI ordered 3 pizzas and a dessert online. I received not only a text saying that my order was being processed and in the oven, but I watched the online tracker tell me the same. I went to the store to pick up the order and the lights were turned off just as I parked. I drive around to the pick up window and the man on duty explains that they now close at 830p and he can't control the online system that takes the orders. Any orders taken after 830p are canceled automatically. He said that my money will be refunded. I guess we'll see.... Ok. I get it. It's covid season and we are all trying to cope, BUT after further discussion, it's revealed that this is a known issue that his management refuses to remedy. Soooooooooo disappointing. I don't have a lot of free time. The last thing that I want to do is waste it dealing with a business that isn't handling their business. All I wanted was some pizza.
