I watched her. After she cashed me out I gave her my money to pay for my food and then she asked the cook how old the fries were she put her fingers right on the fries and then served them to me, without washing her hands. And right after she handled my money and then she served me those fries. Lord knows how many people she served fries to like that. And the day before I ordered hash browns in the morning they were still gooey in the middle like they didn't cook them all the way. All the time when I order hash browns in the morning they're always gooey in the middle and sometimes they're still cold even when they're fresh out of the Grease. And they're still cold in the middle even when she put her hands on them to see if they're fresh or not. Her dirty hands that she used to cash people out with without washing her hands. Yeah I was hungry but God damn why they got to be so dirty over there. I know they call it fast food but why do they have to sacrifice quality for speed? I pay damn near $15 for my food I want done right and not like dirty scoundrels. God forbid I get cussed out cuz they don't want to serve me food without touching it with their dirty bare hands.
-Side note-
Reflecting on some of these other reviews I have read, I would like to add the following.
The attitudes of the employees are a direct correlation of the attitudes of of their superiors. I have seen that old man's heart damn near beat out of his chest as he shouted in the face of an employee and degraded him all because he was using some wrong utensil to cut into a biscuit. Poor guy looked like he was...
Read moreThe child at the window with the green “hair” is beyond rude! After patiently waiting in the drive through, once I arrived at the windows I asked if I could upgrade my fires. She responded NO! (With an attitude). I said ok. I then asked if I could change the flavors of my ice cream cones. The child paused , let out a huge puff of air then said ma’am …………… we’re not supposed to take anything back. I stopped her and said ok thank you. She continued to talk and said- wait! (With an attitude) I’m trying to tell you we aren’t supposed to take nothing back. I stopped her again and said I understood. That’s fine thank you. She kept bringing up the issue. Ma’am I was going to exchange them for you but I was just letting you know. I told her it’s ok and left. She had a nasty attitude for no reason at all. If something can’t be done or is against the restaurants policy that’s fine. You don’t have to be rude nasty and ugly when letting the customer know. My chicken sandwich was cold and my fries were hard and taste old. I will not...
Read moreRude. Rude. Rude. Half of my order was wrong and then I get attitude from the window person for pointing it out. I pull into the drive through and was asked if I wanted to try the new ham and cheese thick burger. I then asked what all came on it he then said all things on it and I said no mustard. He asked if I wanted regular or curly fries I told him curly and to drink a sweet tea. He gives me my total and I pull up. I then asked on my meal deal how much extra it would be if I changed to curly fries and he said very shortly to me I would have to check. He then changed my total not a big deal but when I get my bag of food the thick burger still had mustard on it. I only got one curly fry then was told I couldn't get curly fries with the meal deal. Then why did I get charged more money to "change" to them. I am very unhappy with this total show of disrespect towards their paying customers. Plus he put my tendered cash in as double what I gave him better watch out looks like someone may be stealing from...
