Burger King — Restaurant in Springfield

Had a bad experience at this location a few years ago and said never again, but today I was in the area and figured I would try again. Stood at counter for over 5 min waiting for someone to take my order. Numerous employees walked past me without making eye contact or speaking a word (these are the super friendly employees other reviews talk about? They wouldnt even look at me!) Ended up walking out and going next door to McDonalds where they were glad to take my money. To top it off the place is filthy inside, flies buzzing all over, greasy floor and employees that appeared to have no idea what they were doing. Dont listen to other reviews that rate this place 4 or 5 stars for super clean and friendly service they are...

For people complaining, this store was under management that wasn't so well. The store is under new management and is improving. As for the coffee complaint, we brew coffee and tea from the same brewer, all burger kings are like that. We only have one machine with not many options but others seem to enjoy the coffee. And if you are getting over cooked hashbrowns, you should tell the store because that either means A. They're using a fryer that has a silent timer in the morning and are dropping them way too long, or B. This means the fryer oil needs to be changed. Food was hot and fresh , portions a little smaller than expected , prices were fair but not great , girls at counter were ok but just there , man cooking ( believe his name was Dave on tag cashier sade was Achi but regrettably not sure ) he seemed to carry the store , staff and all if not for him would not be much of a desireable location to eat . He had a very great attitude , willingness to help and fix problems even when told not to by people with a lot poorer attitude .
