Head West Sub Stop — Restaurant in Springfield

Hello, I have been a customer for over 10 years. For the last two weeks you have fell short of giving the customer what you advertise "Jerk Chicken Soup". I don't mind driving from one location to the next if they are out on Wednesday, however not to have at any of the location is unlike your stores. I use the West Jefferson and Denver location, and today was more than I can take. I know this is one of your best sellers, and it does not make good business sense, or the excuse of not ordering. Can you change, I hope so, will I continue to do business with your sub shop, I am going to give u one more chance to show that you mean well and value customer service. Let me start by saying I've been to this specific location probably 40 times. Out of this, I've had maybe 2 or 3 experiences that were 1-2 star with majority being 4-5 stars.

Last time I went, the bread was undercooked and doughy. I had picked my lunch up from there and didn't know until I was back at work. This was a 1-star experience......until the manager Zach(sp?) took my call. This guy not only fixed my order by making me a new sandwich, but he had it delivered to me, at no extra cost.

Guys, this is customer service. He just did his job and helped more than I was expecting. Even though my food was originally messed up this ONE time, he was on it and took care of me. The sandwiches are great but even if they aren't the best to you, the customer service alone should bring you here. You are very rarely disappointed....

Third time!!! I order door dash from y'all. The first couple times.. AMAZING. my son LOVES the subs and bread... Then the next two maybe three times it was wrong. One time the sodas didn't get brought. I never complained. Tonight, we ordered, hoping for the best, and it was the most BACKWARDS, NOT WHAT WE ORDERED AT ALL, order.
