Nathan Bill’s Bar & Restaurant – A Festive Holiday Experience Nathan Bill’s is an absolute gem in Springfield, and their holiday spirit makes it even more special. The seasonal lighting transforms the space into a glowing wonderland, creating the perfect atmosphere for a cozy night out. Each staff member has their own stocking hanging, a thoughtful and personal touch that brings a sense of warmth and community to the restaurant. The menu is filled with delicious options, and the Corned Beef Reuben is a must-try. Pair that with a seltzer or your favorite drink, and you’re in for a treat. The attention to detail in both the food and decor shows the care and pride that Nathan Bill’s puts into their establishment. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick bite, enjoying a drink at the bar, or taking in the festive ambiance, Nathan Bill’s feels like the kind of place where everyone knows your name. It’s a perfect spot for the holidays, with great food, friendly service, and a warm, welcoming vibe. Highly recommended.

Stopped in after a track meet for a late lunch on Saturday and the place wasn’t very busy, 5 or 6 tables and 2 people at the bar. Seems like there was one waitress who had the whole floor, so I know it’s not really her fault, but she came to our table all of 3 times during the entire time we were there, we had to get waters from the bar because she never checked in on us until we were ready to pay. The food was also really bad. Tenders were overcooked, dry, and came barely tossed. I also had the buffalo chicken wrap with fried chicken and the chicken was very dark, so the fryer oil is probably not being changed. We were also sat at a dirty sticky table. It’s a shame because the place had a cool atmosphere, but could’ve probably used two servers on so guests were taken care of adequately and the kitchen needs better quality ingredients and cleaning.

Great food and best selection of beers, really fun place to go to hear live music on the huge outdoor porch or indoors also live music at most times or D.J. Had a ball playing there last Saturday night, hope to do it again!!! John and Norm, Children of the Falls Band.

Fun and inviting. Great food. Nice staff. My only complaints are most of the tables are lopsided and needed coasters under the legs for them to stay still and there is they have a room for private events, which with them having that area listed as a different name you'd expect a bathroom on that side without having to walk through the main bar and dining areas. Party goers were walking out opening the door (which was a sliding barn door that I loved) and their DJ music would come blaring in and then stop at the door closing. On/Off all night! Which because the door is a big sliding barn door it took longer to open and close. At one point the door fell off because they were opening and closing it all night and a couple of their guests had to walk outside...
