Confused Staff, Overpriced Food & Strong Smell of Roach Spray.

The restaurant was clean, new and pretty. The to go waitress was however confused, she didn't know what traditional food was (she didn't know what malanga was and didn't know the difference between the biandas). She couldn't explain pricing and had to wait for someone else to come up to charge us as she didn't know how or was not allowed to use the register. As soon as me and my husband walked through the doors there were two women at a table and a server waiting on them. We did not get any greeting, didn’t know if we could sit ourselves or had to wait to be seated so we ended up seating ourselves. After the server waited on the other party she just walked by us and still no greeting. Another server came out didn’t even come to our table and asked us what we wanted from a few tables away.
