I waited 2 hours for my food after being told my food would be ready in 20 minutes. I asked multiple times where my food was, but would get a "hold on, let me see....." and then would never get a response. I still dont know what happened to my food, because I asked for a refund. I watched multiple pizzas accidentally land face down on the counter, picked back up like nothing happened, and placed inside of a box to be given to a customer. As I watched this chaos unfold with the employees and also the huge angry line of customers I decided that I probably did not want to eat this food that was being made, that I am sure that some food violations were being committed. My problem with the whole thing is not that they were busy and weren't able to give me my food, but that there was no communication. Not a single manager or even employee was trying to explain what happened or even try to satisfy the customers. Not even a "im sorry". Im not even sure who the manager is. The only credit that I will give is the young red head cashier that was at the front handing out drinks to the customers without even asking to charge us. She handled things more professional than any other employee, including the manager. I normally do not write reviews but this was the most absurd thing I have ever seen and strongly advise a cleanse of the whole place, if pizza hut even cares about...
Read moreJust ordered food from Pizza Hut online in Springfield. Paid part of it with a gift card and the other with our debit, including tip. Delivery guy got here and said we owed $9. We told him we paid online with gift card and debit card. He was very rude and said his boss told him to collect cash. I showed him where the charge was already showing on my bank app. He turned to leave with our order. What?!?! I asked him if we could call the store and see if anyone there could help. We told him his tip was on the card we used and he said he wasn’t really worried about money...seriously?!?! He even asked “you don’t have $9 in cash???” Ummm....yes, but I’ve already paid you!!!!
Called and talked to Sean at Pizza Hut. He said he saw the gift card but not the debit. I told him it was showing on my bank and he said maybe it was declined and not showing yet....Um, no Sean, we got enough to cover $13 for pizza. His only suggestion was for us to pay the remainder in cash. (But I’ve already paid it!)
So all in all they have our money...
Read moreVery rude employees. I ordered my pizza at 6:11 pm on 11-13-2020, and at 930 pm I still had not received my pizza. When I called the woman was very rude and told me to shut up. At this point I asked to speak to a manager and got hung up on. I called back and held the line for 15 minutes when the same rude woman answered again. At this time she was very rude again, so I had my order canceled!! When offered store credit I refused the store credit and demanded it out back on my debit card. She said she needed to transfer me to a manager in order to do that and hung up on me again. I called back the third time and luckily some one else answered the phone. Finally after 4 hours my pizza order was canceled and my money put back on my card! There excuse? It's Friday night. Well I will never use this pizza hut again. Pretty sorry service if you ask me. And no this is not the first time I have had a problem here. Won't be using my credit from last time when they only brought half of my order! It isn't worth...
