Subway — Restaurant in Springfield

My friend and I just went into the Subway in Springfield, Georgia to buy two subs for dinner. We have done business with them at least once ever two weeks for the past few years. Unfortunately, when we went in with our masks on, we noticed a woman (perhaps the manager or the owner) restocking the bins of vegetables, and she wasn’t wearing a mask. I was deeply disappointed that this person was so careless and put my life and the lives of others at risk. I will not do business with this Subway again until the end of this pandemic, if I do then. I have already noticed that they weren’t answering their phone for day orders. I tried and tried to call in an order several weeks ago and couldn’t get them to answer. The next day I tried again and a woman finally answered and was rude. This evening’s incident made it certain that I will not be returning anytime soon, and I will let people know that there is at least one worker in the store who was not wearing a mask...

I’ve been twice in the last month and every time I have come in the employees seem like they do not know what they are doing. I never see a manager present, and the staff is always struggling. I understand everyone is short staff nowadays, however, when you have teenagers running the store there needs to be a manager present helping their employees. The employees never seem happy when you walk in, they talk very quietly, and overall their attitudes can sometimes stink. The lettuce is always VERY brown, and if I’m paying $20 for half a sandwich I expect food items to be a little more fresh and enough meat on my sandwich, not just 2-3 slices of meat on the bread. Usually have no issues with this subway..and it’s about 3 min from home. Did the mobile order the first time and they “never” received my order. Yet I got an email confirmation and also confirmed that I put in the right address. Didn’t come back for a few months. Decided to try again…walked in they got my order app said it would be ready by 1:10p. I got there at 1:12p and they haven’t even started it yet. What’s the point in order ahead of time and still having to wait about 20min in the restaurant..should’ve just walked in..people where getting it...
