Did not get the food I ordered. Ordered a panini from Historic Perk Coffee Shop and received a cold cut sandwich, which means no one made any effort to double check that the food was correct before leaving the restaurant. Driver went to wrong area of my business, tried to call him to figure out where he was and direct him, he wouldn't pick up his phone. I had already left a 20% tip, so I can't even get that back, let alone my money back for a terrible job. There's no place on their website to send an email for feedback. I guess I should have just cut out the middle man and found the time at my busy job to pick up the food myself. DO NOT recommend. Read moreI've ordered food several times with only one or two issues bc the restaurants I ordered from had gotten my order wrong or forgot something. Premium Food would go pick up the forgotten items however, by that time the other food would be cold. They have hired or replaced drivers in the last year and I haven't had any issues. One of the drivers is a young man by the name of Spencer, very nice and polite young man. Read moreWhat a great delivery service we have here in Springfield. All of the employees/drivers that I’ve ever met are really friendly and professional. In a rare occasion that an order is ever messed up they fix it, I also noticed that the restaurant employees are the people that check your order to make sure it’s right, the driver never opens your orders (I like that because I’m weird about who handles my food)...so I like the fact that it’s the restaurants responsibility to make sure the order is correct, prevents multiple people being all in my food.
