First time visit so I went through the drive thru, I missed where took your order so when I pulled up to the window I explained my mistake. I had no problem going back around to do it all over again but the girl was rude about it all so I left. Customer service is important and how you speak to people. Scout's Cafe is exactly the kind of business that Northridge needs! It's a cozy little spot to have great coffee, tea, or a smoothie. They use fresh, high quality ingredients and offer a wide variety of products. The staff is always friendly and the prices are more than fair.
