We came in here last night at 8:20 Pm. The moment we walked in the door we absolutely destroyed the boomer employee's life. He couldn't hide his complete disdain for our presence. There was one person ahead of us that was finishing up. When it was finally our turn, boomer boy mumbled and grumbled incoherently. My spouse and I are both veterans, so our hearing isn't the greatest. I still have no idea what this fool was saying. He made sure he slowed to a death crawl in making each of our sandwiches. He really showed us for walking in 40 minutes before closing! It took roughly 30 minutes for him to make 4 simple sandwiches. I ended up just toasting mine when I got home because we had already made this miserable soul suffer for far too long. She was not listening and kept interrupting when we tried to explain what was wrong with it and was borderline yelling over the phone. She said that we didn’t order what we were saying because she made it when we were looking right at the order on the app during the call. Horrific customer service and we weren’t even being rude, we were literally just trying to explain that the sandwich was incorrect bc it was supposed to be a different sandwich. But after we paid and were waiting on our sandwiches to be bagged, the woman at the register moved on to the next man. I had to be at work in an hour and wanted to get the sandwiches home to my family, so I reached for them, deciding I didnt need them bagged. The woman flipped, grabbing my sandwiches telling me to be patient and that the man behind me was on his lunch break . I told her I didn't need the bag but needed to leave and she grudgingly handed them over. If my daughter hadn't been with me I would have reacted quite differently.
