Subway — Restaurant in Springfield

Absolute disaster of an experience. Placed the order online, waited until it said it should be done before I arrived. They started the order when I got there. So I had to spend 20 minutes waiting for my food when I was on break. I placed the order online so i wouldn't have to wait in the store. There was no energy in either worker. I ended up getting my toasted meatball sub cold. The other sandwich was fine. Since someone else placed the order I wasn't aware there was a bag of chips on the order, neither employee said anything so I didn't get the bag of chips. And when i asked about the drink that was on the order the employee literally said "I don't care." I usually find it very annoying to see someone say they won't be ordering from a business anymore over something small but this place pissed me off in a way I never expected from subway. So,we went through the drive thru at 4:51p.m. Inquired if they were open. They said,"No, we closed at 5." We drove away and realized it wasn't even 5 P.M. ,yet. As we drove away, I call this location, thinking we heard wrong. I asked what the hours were. She said they close at 5. I said, oh , ok, we will be right there. She said they were already closed. I pointed out that the time was 4:52. She repeated they were already closed. I pointed out the time,once again. She stated,again, they were already closed. Have eaten at this subway many times and food was great but something happened yesterday. I ordered lunch online and reviewed the order to see if it was correct. What we got was nothing like what I ordered. The bread was hard, and not the kind I ordered, and there was nothing but the chicken that even resembled what I ordered. I ordered herb and cheese bread with sweet onion teriyaki chicken and mayo and 4 vegetables. I have no idea what I got. I really like the people and cleanliness of the restaurant and usually the food is great. I had invited our daughter for lunch and all three of us couldn’t even finish the sandwich...
