Terrible drive thru customer service after ordering our food we pulled up to the window. The gentleman at the window never spoke handed me out a drink and then stuck his hand out and held it there until I placed my debit card in his hand. He handed me back the debit card and the receipt closed the window, again never spoke a word to me. He opened up the window handed me a bag and closed the window. He just stared at me through the window. I opened up the bag I wanted to make sure the order was right. He threw his hands up in the air and walked away. This frustrated me, I yelled at the window and told them they needed to learn to speak and not just stare at people. I pulled off so I would be out of other people's way and continue to look through my bag. The same person that just took my money and handed me my food then came charging out of the building yelling what did you say? I grabbed my phone and called inside to speak to a manager. The manager was of no help all. He said ma'am I don't know what you want me to do, I will talk to him. I told him he should start by teaching him how to have better customer service talk to the customer at the window maybe not charge out the front door either. I told him we were not from the Springfield area and asked him if this was the kind of customer service he wanted Springfield known for? Apparently the manager did not like that because at that time he hung up on me. I thought about calling the next morning and talking to a daytime store manager but I felt like it honestly would have been a waste of my time. It didn't seem like anybody in that store really had any manners or customer service at all. I really wasn't asking for anything I just didn't want to be treated like a burden because I went to the drive-thru and wanted to be greated when I pulled up to the window . A simple hello, how are you today? Here is your drink, your total is $12.72. ( I don't remember our exact total, that's just an example) not to just...
Read moreTaco Bell is a fast-food chain that has been around for decades, and for good reason. Their menu offers a variety of Tex-Mex-inspired items, such as tacos, burritos, and quesadillas, all at very affordable prices. The food at Taco Bell is surprisingly good, especially considering the price. The ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are well-balanced. I especially enjoy their tacos, which are always packed with meat and toppings. The burritos are also a great option, and they are very filling. One of the things that I like most about Taco Bell is that they offer a variety of combo meals, which are a great value. For example, you can get a taco, a burrito, and a drink for under $10. This is a great deal, especially if you are on a budget. Another thing that I like about Taco Bell is that they are always innovating and coming up with new menu items. This keeps things interesting, and it ensures that there is always something new to try. Overall, I highly recommend Taco Bell. The food is good, the prices are economical, and the service is fast and friendly. If you are looking for a quick and easy meal that is also delicious and affordable, then Taco Bell is a great option. Plus, this location has a KFC in the same building and drive-thru! So, if you're in the mood for fried chicken instead of tacos, you can get that too. It's a...
Read moreCame inside to order my dinner. 09/18/2023 5:15pm
Had to wait for the girl up front to get off her phone and quit cussing before I could get any assistance.
Ordered a number 5 and a cinnamon twist.
Got to a table and it was filthy.
Opened my chips to find some kind of juicy liquid and a very thin line of runny sour cream down the middle. Little to no meat to speak of!
I did not complain because I didn’t want my food messed with or trust the staff.
After eating my chips I began to eat my cinnamon twist 😢 no cinnamon or sugar at all, just plain fried piece of whatever this is.
So I decided to write this review and as Im sitting here in the restaurant, there is loud yelling and loud rap music coming from the kitchen, sounds like two employees fighting and cussing.
I will not be back, sad dysfunctional excuse for staff, food, and atmosphere.
Age and maturity is no excuse! I blame parents, Taco Bell leadership, management, and ownership.
Hard to believe how bad it was honestly, nothing right as far as I’m concerned. Terrible experience from beginning to end.
Makes you think about how well they follow food sanitation laws…that place...
