Wendy's — Restaurant in Springfield

Edit: And now I'm done coming here for lunch/dinner as well. Overpriced and only worth it with discounts and rewards from the app that doesn't work properly 90% of the time. The last straw was being told by a rude and incompetent manager that I can't use a coupon offer and redeem a points based reward at the same time, when I've done so a dozen times before. Then to boot because the rude and incompetent manager shut off the ability for the store to receive mobile orders, I couldn't even do her job for her myself from the app with a mobile order, very cool

The current co-manager would rather throw away 10$ worth of food than give it to me at coupon price. Went home hungry and angry because I refuse to overpay when the coupon I have is only expired by a month.

Will never come back to this location again...

I have been through this location twice in the past month. I ordered the same thing both times and number one single with cheese catchup mustard extra pickle large with a Coke. The first time I got mayonnaise and ketchup on my hamburger which is disgusting I hate mayonnaise. The second time after specifying twice extra pickle because they didn’t have it on the screen I got no pickle. I don’t understand why it is so hard to make a simple hamburger and get it right. I will not be going back to this location they obviously have issues if they can’t get a simple hamburger correct. You expect better quality from Wendy’s they certainly cost more than other fast food hamburger places yet they can’t even get a simple...

Haven't been here for years and won't be back. Visited on Sunday evening -- no one dining in when we got there but we had a hard time finding a clean table. The floor was sticky where something was obviously spilled hours prior, no fresh brewed tea, ketchup dispenser was inoperable (although given the condition of the restaurant, ketchup packets more sanitary.) The drink dispenser was disgusting with the beverage splatter all inside the machine. I actually asked if they ever cleaned it-- when he said yes, I told him it had been awhile...
