La Costa Nayarita Food Truck — Restaurant in Springville

My Mom loved the salad. Supper accommodating (e.g., when asking for no dairy and for more herbs than normal in the salad). They don't have anything spicy hot. Which worked out for my mom, because she can't handle spicy. Food was made fresh. Smelled awesome. The menu was a bit hard to understand because of how it was organized and because everything was in Spanish first, then English. Authentic Mexican food by real Mexicans. Had a nice shades area with chairs. Was a little hard to hear them over the engine thing they set out, but they accommodated that by speaking louder for me.
